Are you having your home renovated, buying a new home or building a new home? Our spring and summer guests over the last few years have found that our beautiful townhome has suited their needs perfectly. Read our wonderful reviews! PLUS, we are dog friendly and welcome your four legged family members! The community is also pet friendly with lots of areas to walk them. We even have pet stations with complimentary doggie bags!
You enter by driving over a canal, into a community that is surrounded by the golf course on all sides. Our townhome is located in a very unique, quiet setting.
With golf course views of the 16h fairway and 1900 square feet of beautiful decor, this is as good as it gets. If your career brings you to the "Valley of the Sun" we know you will love our carefully selected furnishings from Bassett, Natuzzi, Crate and Barrel and more. We have added lots of new decor since the photos were taken, we love shopping for our vacation home. We ourselves rent homes for our own vacations through VRBO and realize how important it is to properly "kit out" the kitchen. Your kitchen is a cook’s delight with a great selection of pots n' pans, cooking and baking tools and sharp Henckel knives. It has all the quality details: cherry cabinets, stone countertops, beautiful tile work, stainless steel fridge with water and ice dispenser, garburater, wine cooler, new microwave and dishwasher, large pull out drawers including one holding two recycle bins, quality flatware and table settings for 12, a Keurig coffee brewer (you can use your own ground coffee), panini maker, rice cooker etc. Outside is a special order Weber bar-b-que with stainless steel grills making clean-up a snap.
As mentioned, we are a dog friendly home. We do restrict to non-shredding breeds under 50 pounds and ask that your pet have no separation or anxiety issues. We have a dog bed and basket of toys for your use, just let us know in advance and we will make sure that they are out for your arrival.
Upstairs are two master bedrooms (King in main, Queen in 2nd), each with their own spacious walk-in closet and full bathroom.
On the lower "Great Room" level is a queen sofabed (with a special order Plush Bed make mattress), perfect for visiting guests! The Great Room is finished with a 42" Smart Flat Screen TV, two leather ottomans and a modern recliner. Also on this level is an office area (has two complete desk set ups) with a printer, another full bathroom and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Parked outside the laundry room are two coaster style bicycles including wicker baskets!
On the main level, the living room has a 42" Flat Screen TV. There is a 32' Flat Screen TV in main master bedroom. HD cable channels included. If you're feeling nostalgic, we have a great selection of DVD movies and games for those quiet evenings. For those who need to get their internet fix every day, there is high speed wireless throughout the home and a land phone with complimentary long distance calling in North America. Perfect for our Corporate and Canadian guests!
Outdoor seating includes a lovely bistro set on the main floor deck, along with two loungers. Downstairs is a dining set on the walk-out back patio. The deck and patio both have fantastic views of the golf course and various wildlife. Our home has central air conditioning and with wide overhangs has minimal direct sunlight, keeping the interior comfortable throughout the day. You have your own garage (with door opener) and a lovely private front courtyard. The young citrus trees (lime and orange) are already bearing fruit. Extra parking is just steps away. Also nearby is the newly updated community pool with lots of deck lounge chairs.
The other perk of this home? It is an end three story unit with only one unit beside, no units above or below.

We are two sisters with plans to spend part of our retirement (still in the distance) at our Mesa townhome. We both work in the tourism/travel industry and are well travelled. We love having a spacious townhome on the golf course, this is a dream come true. We also love having very satisfied guests, this is our ultimate goal.

We live in beautiful Vancouver, BC Canada. We have to admit that having the choice to live in the Phoenix area during wet Canadian winters was high on our wish list.
What makes this Townhome unique
You will appreciate the convenience of our townhome's address. With our preferable location in the south west corner of Mesa, the cities of Tempe, Chandler and Regional Parks are just a couple of minutes away. Banner Desert Medical Center, Cardon Children's Medical Center and the Sonoran Spine Center are a five minute commute and the University of Arizona is 10 minutes. Dobson Ranch is a well run community with beautiful parks, outdoor workout center and paths. It is nearby to major interstates, local sights, golf courses, water parks, mini golf, restaurants and more. We recently stayed for 2 months. The townhouse was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The location was great with easy access to all major highways. The surrounding neighbourhoods provided plenty of routes for long morning dog walks.
We especially enjoyed being on the 16th fairway watching the golfers at the end of the day....lots of trees and water for them to hit.
The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. We'll be going back again next year.

We were in this condo for a month and absolutely loved it. Very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay. Fully stocked kitchen and the crackers and wine on counter to welcome us was such a nice touch! the view of golf course was so nice and the ducks floating by made it even better.

The Perfect Getaway
I can't say enough good things about my experience with the owners, the home and the location. The owners were very good about communicating both before the rental and once it commenced. I didn't have any problems but they were proactive in making sure everything went smoothly. The home is lovely, spacious and well equipped. The area is quiet and the views are great. My daughter loved watching the ducks swim by every day. The location is exceptional. It is close to any chain store you find at home but there are still a lot of local establishments to explore (Uncle Aldo's Attic, Sweetie's Candy Store). Being close to freeways, it's easy to get around. We made it to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and the Pima Air and Space Museum while we were there, as well to some of the many parks in the Phoenix metro area. It was a great place to come home to each evening and relax. I highly recommend the home and the owners.
First time golf vacation to Phoenix
Wonderful townhouse! Had everything we needed and more. Loved sitting on the deck watching golfers stroll by. Ducks, fish and turtles just below in the channel. Even had great year-round neighbors on both sides. Very quiet. Two couples could easily enjoy this home.
Beautiful condo and wonderful owners!
We did an extended stay in this condo and we’re very pleased with how nice it was. It was very well maintained and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. The condo is in a nice golf course location and is close to freeways and shopping. If we ever needed to rent here in Phoenix again, Cathie would be the first person I would call!
Very Clean and Enjoyable!
My family and I stayed at this condo for a little over 2 weeks. Upon arrival, it was very clean and fully equipped to enjoy our stay. It was very quiet! Even for it being the 4th of July! Which was very helpful since we traveled with a baby. By the way, the condo also included a pack-n-play for the baby. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

For the months of January, February, March and April, we can only accept full month requests (example January 1 - 31). No refunds guaranteed within 60 days of arrival unless we can re-book. We will refund the cleaning fee and security deposit. If you must cancel your booking within 60 days, we will do our very best to re-book the townhome on your behalf.
