About Vesna Lemm
My parents are from Montenegro. I was born and raised in Serbia, where I finished high school for midwives in Novi Sad. I went to Germany when I was 19 and gave birth to my first child at the age of 20. A year later, I started working as a midwife in Germany. I started studies at medical faculty at the age of 24, while still working as a midwife. The studies lasted: 5 years in Dusseldorf and one year in Britain, Southampton, Isle of Wight. At the 5th year of studies, at the age of 30 I became a mother for the second time. I graduated from the medical faculty in 2000. From 2000-20005 I was on specialization studies for internal and general medicine. During my studies I spent a lot of time examining alternative medicine and its methods(acupuncture, herbal medicine, psychology, lifestyle medicine). Because of that I became a certified pilates instructor, after finishing the course in 20005. From 2008-2011 I was working on my PhD thesis on Charite Medical University of Berlin. The topic of my work was: Vaginal flora. - I started building Villa Santa Vita in 2013 and it was finished in 2014.
Vesna Lemm purchased this Studio in 2013
Why Vesna Lemm chose Petrovac
Villa Santa Vita was specially built in accordance with the principles of fengshui and it is situated in the gorgeous Buljarica Bay. The villa consists of four individual apartments with balconies, all of which have views of the Adriatic sea. These characteristics make the place ideal for leaving everyday life at home and finding inner peace and tranquility. - Villa Santa Vita is situated by a simple but nice mountain path. It can be reached by a car and it owns a parking for three vehicles. It takes a 500-metre walk to arrive at the beach(1o minutes to the sea and 15 minutes from the sea). The highway, where you can take a local bus, is 300 metres far from the villa. On 2 km from Buljarica is Petrovac, a popular place with a lot of cafes.
What makes this Studio unique
Villa Santa vita is the fulfillments of my dream to work where other people enjoy their holiday. That is why I offer holiday arrangements and medical wellness services in Montenegro, apart from owning a private practice in Berlin. Basic philosophy and key of my success is the fact that I exclusively use the methods that I have at least once applied to myself whereas I regularly practice some of them. I was very sickly as a child and teenager and I can say with pleasure that I am a very good example that taking care of one’s way of life and health is worth it. Actually, that is the only way that helped me to feel better now that I am almost in my fifties than in twenties. The root of my philosophy is an Aristotle’s quote ’’The whole is greater than the sum of its parts’’. During work with my patients and on myself I have discovered that the essence of a fulfilled life is constant search for it. My main role as a doctor is to choose the best way of self-improvement, self-cogniton and self-healing by using the following methods: - Movement and contact with nature - Relaxing and searching for inner peace - Nutrition -

The apartment had a beautiful view apart from the apartment block that was being built in front.
It was a shame that we were not told building works were going on outside our balcony. We chose this accommodation for the peace but this was shattered by building noise during our entire stay. As a result parking was tricky. The mattress of the bed was too big for the divan which meant you ended tipped off the bed.The sliding doors were broken, when Dragma demonstrated the glass fell out and my partner had to help her get it back in. Dragma was warm and friendly. There was nothing free in the apartment and they wanted to charge for salt. The best thing about the flat was its proximity to the fabulous fish restaurant on Buljarica beach.
Fantastic apartment, incredible views
Phenomenal apartment in a charming village by the bay. Super clean, amazing views, and equipped with everything we needed. My husband and I stayed here one night along our drive around the bay and wish we could have stayed longer. The views from the balcony really are divine. Host is responsive and easy to communicate with, checking in and out was seamless. We loved it here - highly recommended!!
Phenomenal quests 😊
We wait to see you again 💞
Great property with stunning views
We only stayed for 4 nights out of our original plan of 7nights only due to the fact our daughter joined us for the trip and although the apartment accommodates 3, it may be more suited to a couple with a younger child, this said I would highly recommend this apartment it had everything we needed and if it had been just the 2 of us we would have definitely stayed for the week, sitting on the balcony of an evening with some wine was a definite highlight, the staff were excellent really helpful even with our slight language barrier. Thanks again for a great stay
Amazing view, peaceful, very clean, close to the beach
We had a great time in Villa Santa Vita. Vesna is a very welcoming and helpful host.
The view really is amazing and sitting out on the balcony on the sun loungers was perfect.
The beach is close by and you can easily walk there. There are some great restaurants on the beach, Galija in particular is well worth visiting for incredible fresh fish.
The apartment is extremely clean and well equipped. We would however have liked to have some bowls, a wooden spoon and a smaller cutting knife, but these are minor complaints.
We would happily come back!
Loved it and will go back one day!
We would highly recommend the Apartments Vila Santa, particularly for couples on a long weekend away.
This is a studio apartment that is as good as it looks in the photo. We stayed in apartment #4 on the top floor so the views were fantastic. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with one child (as there is a small sleeping area behind the kitchen). It is reasonably equipped but has everything you’d really need and better cooking equipment is available to rent if needed. Nice little things are local wine and basic necessities are available to purchase and the woman that looks after the clients, whilst doesn’t speak much English is lovely and genuinely wants to help. There is a welcome pack with local guides, tips and instruction manuals which was very useful. The drive from the main road is about 600m up a narrow one way track which is steep but fine for everyone but the most nervous of drivers. Only complaint is there is a lot of building work going on in the wider area so there was always the banging of a hammer or the whirring of a drill somewhere in the distance.
We stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic stay – Petrovac is five minutes away and is a lovely little resort with great bars and restaurants. Bar is 30 minutes away which is a bit livelier and Stari Bar (the old town) is a great way to spend an hour or two. Budvar is also 30 mins away and is livelier. The capital, Podgorica, is a day trip away (don’t bother unless you’re ticking off European capitals for a bucket list) and the star of the show is Kotor, around an hour away (which you simply must visit). All in all a fantastic little apartment in an enviable location in a country which is really coming of age (huge infrastructure projects going on everywhere). Catch it whilst it still retains some of its old world charm as it will be 'unrecognisable' in a decade or two. It’s also cheap – very decent meal with a couple of beers is typically 20 to 25 Euro, beer a couple of Euro and you get receipts as you order so at the end of the meal you can just leave the total without having the charade of asking for the bill, etc.
Excellent apartment, beautiful view, and the property was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Would highly recommend.
