You have so many choices when it comes to finding just the right beach house for your family vacation, and we believe our Oceanfront home is in the best all-around location.

Enjoy a family barbecue on the patio in the summer and watch the sea lions and dolphins swim by or on a winter's morning enjoy your view of Catalina Island. First bedroom has a King-size bed, second room has bunk-beds with twin on top and full bed on the bottom, in the living room there is a pull out sofa bed . Sliding glass door opens to the patio which is on the boardwalk.

Many of our guests return year after year. Truly an amazing place to retreat to and a wonderful place for kids year round. We hope that you will come stay in our beach house and enjoy what Newport has to offer.

Fantastic location right on the beach - 50 yards from pier.

This was pretty much as advertised. A little smaller and darker inside than we would have preferred. Tile floors need a "deep cleaning". Other wise, a very clean and tidy 2 bedroom beach cottage. Upstairs guests were a little loud and there isn't much insulation to mitigate noise. Great convenient parking space. Bike shop and snack bar next door.

Perfect location adjacent to the pier. Right on the boardwalk with restaurants close by. Unit was clean and ready upon arrival. Good communication with owners who even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!!
