Great place for breakfast and lunch.
Bristol Bakery and Cafe across the road from the Bobcat:
Excellent honey-oat bread and buns. Both Bobcat and Snaps serve bread from the Bakery.

Tasty tour at Ben & Jerry's.
Shaw's Groceries is sort of hidden behind the Bakery; but has a nice large parking lot.
Thisisit was very comfortable, welcoming and cozy for our group of three couples gathered to enjoy winter activities. The location was perfect - only 40 minutes from great skiing at Sugarbush, and at the end of the plowed section of Lincoln Gap Road. We had easy access right from the house to cross-country skiing on the Catamount Trail and easy drives to nice cross-country centers like Rikert, and the views from Mount Abraham after taking the Long Trail up from Lincoln Gap were fantastic. But the most special part was the awesome sledding on Lincoln Gap Road, which was made easier by lifts up on Jerry"s Quad and being able to come back to the house to warm up by the fire. For great pizza, try Cupper's in Bristol. We want to come back in the summer!
Well maintained property with gorgeous pond and excellent walking trails. Set back from quiet street property offers ample opportunities to relax and play.
We loved our stay at Thisisit! Quintessential Vermont cabin, on lovely property with trails and trout-stocked pond. Bedrooms and bathrooms (especially upstairs) were light-filled and stocked with plenty of fluffy towels. One of our group loved fishing the pond and caught trout each day we were there. Trails on the property made for easy before-breakfast walk. Would definitely recommend.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights with another couple. It is a delightful property with a pond stocked with trout (which we ate one night) and hiking trails adjacent. It is just a mile or two from the Long Trail connection at Lincoln Gap. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, property and Jerry, the caretaker. He very niclely set up a bonfire for us but it began raining in the middle of it--our only disappointment.
One tip: if you are arriving late in the day, bring groceries. Nothing is open late in Lincoln and you will have to go to Bristol to get anything you need.
This property is awesome! The house was beautiful.we celebrated our anniversary there as well as my husband and daughters birthdays . Our four year old grandson loved "The Lincoln Log House". Especially the loft area and the pond. Our family had a great time while we were there. Jerry the care taker is a really cool guy!
Great place to be with family and friends, and spend quality time together.. We were 3 families with kids, and were totally wowed by the property and its overall landscape.. There're beautiful mountains around and it looks perfect in full greenery.. There's a nice place by the pond for bonfire, but we're unlucky coz of rain.. Good place overall.. Many thanks to Stacy for letting us stay in their home..
