Keywords: spacious home with open common areas, lake front with dock, home theater, 4 golf courses. Great entertainment space.
We wanted an escape from the north where we could play golf all year round. Liked its proximity to a city and ease of flying directly to Atlanta
We fell in love with the dining gazebo. I especially enjoy breakfast out there
We thoroughly enjoyed our Reynolds Plantation family vacation. We had ages from 12 to 91 and it was fun for all. The house was very pleasing. Our family loves to cook and gather for meals. The kitchen was perfect for multiple chefs, food tasters and even for ease in cleaning up. Loved the two dishwashers. Reynolds provided lots of recreation on the lake, on the links and active walks. Nancy was very supportive in facilitating our visit and logistics for our activities. Thank you.
This beautiful home was a perfect weekend getaway for our group of ladies. Everyone loved the layout of the home. The screened in porches were a perfect place just to enjoy the sounds of nature and a nice cup of coffee in the mornings. The property manager was wonderful in answering questions we had as well as making sure we had all of the information we needed. We are thankful to the owner for sharing their home for others to enjoy. It's just a wonderful home and we loved our time there.
This home was a great place to gather with the family. Owner was very accommodating to our requests. Would highly recommend.
We stayed over the weekend at this beautiful property. The home was in amazing condition and made for a fun and relaxing weekend. With all of the outdoor space, including multiple screened in porches, we were able to take full advantage of being away for the weekend. Also, the boat dock was extremely convenient for us to rent a pontoon boat and tie up right at the house. The communication with the management company was great, and they were very helpful in making sure we were set up for the weekend. We hope we can make it back soon!
I rented this home as a treat to my mother. We had our family's Thanksgiving meal in the home. There was spacious seating for 26 with everyone being in one large open area. There was additional seating available too. I am one of five and we each have families so it is a lot fo work to get all of us together...this home made it easy.
I stayed in the home for four nights and hated to leave when it was over. The master suite is beautiful and is the only bedroom on the main floor. The other three bedrooms are spacious and each has it's own private bathroom.
The kitchen had everythign we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. Place setting for 24...pretty dishes. The two dishwashers make clean up time so much easier.
The theater room is really cool...we enjoyed popcorn and a movie in it in our pajamas...fun. Starry sky light feature in ceiling...really cool.
There are several porches that were perfect for enjoying each other's company.
I also enjoyed some golf lessons at Reynolds Golf Academy while there as well as a trip to the Ritz Carlton Spa...all just minutes from the home.
The nearby Publix met our needs for groceries for our meals. We enjoyed dining at Sweet Kneads, Mellow Muchroom, That Pizza Place and Linger Longer at the Ritz....all very good!
The home owners and property managers were a joy to work with and very helpful. I hope to rent the house again for future family get-togethers. I am thankful that the home was available for rent...it was exactly what I was looking for to give my mom a stress-free holiday.
My husband and I recently got together with a group of friends from his time in the Navy 20 years ago. We wanted a comfortable place on the water, where we could bring our fishing boat and have privacy as well as plenty of room to eat and talk together. This place could not have been more perfect.
The house is open, airy, well-decorated and spotless. The main floor has a huge kitchen with a granite island with bar stools, two dining tables, two living spaces (one with a tv, one for reading/talking/relaxing) and a master bedroom with the most drool-worthy bathroom and closet I've ever seen. It's huge!
The kitchen has *any* tool you might need -- microwave, pots, pans, plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware, wine opener, spatulas, etc. There was coffee, powdered creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, etc. -- EVERYTHING you'd need but groceries. There's a dedicated ice maker in the living area, two dishwashers, two refrigerator drawers, a coffee maker (with filters!), a gas Viking range -- you name it, this house has it. Just off the kitchen was a deck with a gas grill and a lovely screened-in eating area.
The downstairs area has three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a living area and a wonderful media room with plenty of movies for any taste. On the back of the house on both levels, there are screened porches with comfy chairs.
This house is perfect for a group (we had 8, but it would easily accomodate 12 or more) because the living areas are spacious and well-laid out. Our group hung out in the combined kitchen/dining/living room area for meals and just to chat and relax many hours of the day. When we needed a bit of private space for a moment, or when the girls wanted to let the boys reminisce, we had plenty of room on one of the screened porches or in the downstairs living area.
The management is STELLAR. When my husband's truck needed emergency service soon after we arrived, Nancy and Dave drove us 20 minutes to a reliable repair shop they recommended. They also provided restaurant reviews and left us a map of the lake, so we could find the perfect fishing spots. The customer service here was above and beyond in every way.
I've traveled all over the word, and this home ranks as one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The pictures truly do not do it justice: it's luxurious but comfortable, large but with intimate spots, and flawlessly stocked.
I cannot think of a single thing the home lacked.
Enjoy the nearby Ritz for all your spa needs
