Studio type Suite 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)
I am a long time SF resident and love my international city and helping others discover its beauty and nooks and crannies. This neighborhood is one of the few areas where you really don't need a car and everyone is safe strolling at all times.

Why Owner chose Marina District
I love walking by the waterfront for sunsets and never tire of looking at the GG bridge. This is my favorite neighborhood with gorgeous views that everyone thinks of when they see pictures of San Francisco. Neighborhood has a fun vibe with lots of fabulous restaurants, wine bars and shops.

Unique and private garden setting. Beautiful architecture, quiet neighborhood with postcard-like vistas everywhere you look. First floor (so no stairs to climb either). Walking distance to main attractions or San Francisco.

Beautiful Marina Area Garden Unit.
Beautifully decorated garden unit close to Fisherman's Wharf, shops, walking & biking trails. Excellent views of Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay.
Fantastic San Francisco property
Laura was an excellent host who kept us informed all along the way. Everything that is said in the ad about the house is correct. You are a couple blocks from the bay and you have a beautiful views of both bridges as well as a wonderful walking/biking path. Bikes are easily rented within a few blocks. You can take a nice bike ride over the bridge and down to Sausalito, take the ferry back to the fisherman‘s wharf and ride back up to the house. We used the bus system which was one bus down to the Moscone Center where my conference was. The bus was only a couple blocks away and we never really needed a car. A few blocks from the house is also a wonderful restaurant district. There was a Safeway a couple of blocks away that was open 24 hours, so you really had everything you needed within a few blocks. You could get to the city when you wanted to, but otherwise you were in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.
The backyard was beautiful. Very secluded and quiet with a grill that was available, however we never used it.
This was easily one of the best VRBO/Airbnb rentals we’ve ever stayed in.
Laura was wonderfully accommodating. Steps from Golden Gate view and Fort Mason. Beautifully appointed spacious studio with French doors opening to a private patio. Quiet and safe. We will be back!
What a great place! The location is amazing and the unit is clean and neat with a gorgeous private patio. I highly recommend!
The apartment is close to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. It has its own entrance and lovely backyard. It’s well equipped and stocked with everything you’d need.
It was great! We put some steaks on the grill and it was perfect. I asked my Fiancé to marry me on this weekend and everything turned outexactly as planned. It was the PERFECT location. You could touch the Golden Gate Bridge by walking down the street. It was a great experience. Thanks for the hospitality Laura!
