I am a long time SF resident and love my international city and helping others discover its beauty and nooks and crannies. This neighborhood is one of the few areas where you really don't need a car and everyone is safe strolling at all times.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2009
I love walking by the waterfront for sunsets and never tire of looking at the GG bridge. This is my favorite neighborhood with gorgeous views that everyone thinks of when they see pictures of San Francisco. Neighborhood has a fun vibe with lots of fabulous restaurants, wine bars and shops.
Unique and private garden setting. Beautiful architecture, quiet neighborhood with postcard-like vistas everywhere you look. First floor (so no stairs to climb either). Walking distance to main attractions or San Francisco.
Thanks for the stay at your VRBO unit this past week. We had a wonderful time in SF and the location could not been more ideal. Walking to the bay for sun rise & sun set were a real treat for us. On our last day we walked the Golden Gate Bridge.
We will always remember this stay and highly recommend to all we meet.
We travel quite a bit but decided to try VRBO rather than a hotel and we could not be happier! This condo near the wharf is a treat. We had dinner on the huge, private patio last night and it was the perfect setting. We highly recommend this. Thank you Laura!
Perfect place, great location extremely comfortable and fully equipped.
Had a great weekend with my son. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back when in the area.
We had a most enjoyable three days here. Laura was extremely helpful and accommodating in letting us check in early after an overnight train journey. The apartment is in a wonderful position, within walking distance of views of the Golden Gate Bridge, and local streets with plenty of attractive places to eat, shop and enjoy the atmosphere. We took the ferry to Sausalito one day for more wonderful views of the bay. The weather was glorious, spring blossom was out, the garden air was scented with jasmine. We enjoyed sitting out in the morning sun with a cup of coffee. We would certainly recommend it and would stay there again.
Great location for walking, food, hanging out, etc. The "pet" hummingbirds were a special treat. Fort Mason's proximity and views were fantastic. Plus easy to get to most other areas by foot or in some cases car. It's worth paying a little extra to stay here.
This is my second stay in this Marina studio and I plan to stay here every time I come to San Francisco. This studio, very near the Marina Green, is reasonably priced given its quality, roominess and location. Plus Laura the owner, is quite pleasant, helpful and accommodating when you need something or have a question about things that only locals would know. This is a BIG bonus!
As you walk into the studio, you immediately have a feeling of openness and pleasant brightness; this is far from being a small, dark, cramped studio. And then you notice the glass doors that open to the delightful garden beyond. When you stay here, the garden is all yours. It is not shared with anyone else which makes you feel you have that much more room. This apartment is incredibly quiet and peaceful given that you are in the middle of a big, metropolitan city. I highly recommend this property especially if you are in San Francisco for an extended stay.
Laura's place was a wonderful studio apartment. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything I needed. The beautiful patio is a great place to BBQ and relax in the evening. The location is great for sightseeing. We definitely will use it again.
