This magnificent penthouse is located on the 7 and 8th floor in a new building which was completed in May 2013.
It is very light full and offers a great panoramic view. The total surface is 135 m² and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the 8th floor. There a two terraces of each 12 square meters (one facing the East and the other one facing the West) as well as an interior secured garden. The furniture is very comfortable and includes replica's of the Egg chair from the Danish designer Arne Jacobsen and Tulip chairs designed by the Finish designer Eero Saarinen, a Nespresso coffee maker and the kitchen is fully equipped.
The penthouse is close to Brussels city center and to some of its most iconic landmarks, such as the Grand Place (2,3 kilometers - 15 min by public transport), the Botanique (750 meters), the Magritte Museum (2,2 kilometres - 10 min by public transport), the Comic strip museum (1,5 kilometer), City 2 shopping mall and shopping street rue neuve (1,2 kilometer - 10 min by public transport), the Parlamentarium (European Parliament, 2,8 kilometers - 20 min by public transport) etc. It is also close to the EU Institutions and the NATO.
All these sites can be quickly and comfortably reached by public transport since the penthouse is close to several main public transport lines (tram, metro, bus, railway). Furthermore, you can easily reach one of the main Brussels railway stations (with direct connections to Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp, Oostende, Amsterdam, Paris...) and the airport. A parking space is available in the building for 10 Euro per day.
Before your arrival, you will receive by email practical information about nice restaurants in the neighbourhood (including their opening hours), practical tips on how to reach the city centre and other hot spots in the fastest and most comfortable way, closest supermarkets etc.
The apartment was large and airy, with good light. There were ample towels and dishes and glasses and lots of bedcovers. However the apartment needs a lot of maintenance. For example the ceiling light in the master bedroom didn't work. The towel hooks in the bathroom were missing. We needed clear instructions on how to work the dishwasher and oven. Without them we couldn't figure out how they worked and as a result, they didn't work properly and we ended up having to wash the dishes by hand. The silverware in the drawer was full of caked on food and needed to be washed before use. If someone indeed does come in to clean, they are not doing a good job. The master bedroom needed another reading light ( one on each side is needed). The freezer needed to be defrosted as it was caked with ice. The apartment has a lot of possibilities but to call it magnificent is an exaggeration.
This property was very modern, clean and run by a professional owner. We were a group of 8 staying for 2 nights and had a fantastic time in this Penthouse, it's located outside of the main city centre which worked for us, providing an opportunity to walk and explore. There's also a tram and train station nearby should you wish to use public transport instead. There's also sufficient shops and eateries within 2 mins walk for food and drink.
The owner Konrad was fantastic, very professional with great communication skills making the whole process from initial enquiry, payment query, arrival process, departure and returning of deposit all seamless.
We have no hesitation in recommending this Property and owner to others.

Amazing view, ecxelent communication with the landlord. Very nice apartment with everything you need for a good stay in Brussels. We walked everywhere because we wanted to explore the surroundings, but there is a tram station next to the Penthouse. I would recommend it to my family and friends visiting Belgium and hopefully I would have the time to go back.
