“in downtown Montreal, there exists a territory covering slightly more than a square kilometer where the cultural activity is particularly concentrated: 28 venues and 80 sites of artistic diffusion together weave, season after season, the rich hours of Montreal's cultural life. This is the quartier des spectacles, the official name given recently to a quadrilateral where culture unfolds on an effervescent world.”

I enjoy traveling. My favorite destination so far would have to be the south of Peru. We went with the two kids (10 and 12 years) for three weeks. We were on Machu Picchu on the day of its 100th year anniversary (of being rediscovered). WHAT A SITE!!!
Stef purchased this condo in 2014
This is a great place for anything in and around Montreal. You are in the heart of all the festivals. (Jazz, Just for Laughs...). You have music and plays theatres nearby. Nightlife. A hop-skip-and-a-jump away to any attractions.
Perfect location. The apartment is exactly as advertised, and the owner is very helpful.
Nice new apartment, very clean and modern. Fully equipped. Very central, walk to everything. Close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife right on St. Catherine St. as well as art and music festivals in summer. Bedroom bed a bit on the hard side. Otherwise excellent stay. Would recommend.
All venues for the Montreal Jazz Fest or within a 10 minute walk of the condo. The condo is modern secure and well supplied with anything you would need like hair blowers, ironing board, full kitchen etc. The owner greeted us at the door and showed us around the complex which includes gym. Not only that, Stef gave recommendations for the must do things in Montreal! We highly recommend staying at this VRBO!
This is a great condo for a couple. It's very clean, with a great kitchen and living room, a firm but comfortable queen bed, a washer/dryer, and great water pressure in the shower. But...the best thing about it is the location. It's right downtown, and once we parked our car in the underground garage, we didn't take it out again until it was time to go home...4 days later. We took a 15 minute walk each morning to the grocery store at Complexe DesJardins to buy food for dinner, as the kitchen is so well equipped. After that, we spent our days exploring. We got to know the downtown area, where there is no shortage of restaurants of all types...I don't eat meat, and had no problem finding vegan and vegetarian options everywhere. We walked to the Plateau neighborhood, where the colorful homes are something to see, and again, there are restaurants and shops to suit everyone. We discovered Chinatown, which is lively and fun, with unique markets and restaurants. We enjoyed the Old Port area, where the cobblestone streets have some of the charm of Paris. The metro station is a 10 minute walk, and we took it one time to visit the site of the 1976 Olympic Games. After spending our days exploring, we returned to the condo each evening to prepare dinner. The kitchen is open to the living room, making it feel spacious, and allowing for easy conversation. As the sun was setting each day, we took our wine, and went up to the rooftop terrace. There are tables and chairs up there, as well as lounge chairs, and it's a great way to end the day! Stef was a great host, meeting us at the condo after we arrived, and giving us plenty of advice on how to make the most of our days. Montreal is a big, fun, diverse city. It's fun to hear French being spoken on the streets, but there's no language barrier. It seems everyone is bilingual. I highly recommend this condo, and the city itself. Can't wait to go back. If there's a negative, it's that there seems to be construction everywhere...but things will be even better when it's completed.
Recently had a four day (4) stay and was very impressed by the property location, Stephane and the Quality of the accommodation. It was very central for all that we wanted to do and was very quiet for a good night rest. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Montreal.
This apartment exceeded our expectations! It was super clean, very secure, well-equipped and in a great location. We had a toddler with us and we thought the apartment was perfect for a family. Can't stress enough how wonderfully clean it was! The underground parking is very convenient. The apartment is very close to two subway stops so we hardly ever had to use our car. Short walk to many interesting restaurants, a shopping mall and a great sports bar (MVP bar - must try!) The onsite laundry was a huge perk for us. Stef was a great host. He greeted us on the first day and gave us a little orientation to the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the city of Montreal. Thanks Stef! Hope to stay with you on our next trip to Montreal.
