Great location, excellent service

  • 5 of 5

We went for spring skiing and it was a fantastic stay. Great location - about 10-15 minute walk (with kids and equipment) to the slopes. There were very few condos that were closer than that. Very impressed by how responsive and accommodating the owners were.

Excellent location, very well-equipped and comfortable unit

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it just as much as our stay last August. It is a very well-equipped unit in an unbeatable North Village location. It is quiet, away from the Village centre bars and crowds, but just a short walk from the centre. It's also just steps away from a good grocery store and other shops. The owners are super-professional, responsive and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Great location and amenities

  • 3 of 5

The property was comfortable and very nice for the 5 of us. The week we were there some of the days the weather was warm and we needed to leave the windows open to cool the place but there are no screens. Since there were no screens the mosquitos got us. Also after booking we became aware that we couldn't keep our bikes there so we had to make arrangements with friends to keep our bikes, which was inconvenient. The lockers in the garage are not safe for bikes . One person in the complex had parts of his bike stolen while we were there.

Owner's Response: We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We are very sorry that you had challenges with the secure bike lockers. We have kept bikes in these lockers for years without incident, as have hundreds of guests. It is unfortunate that you did not contact us during your stay, as we would have attempted to help. We always tell guests to contact us should they have any issues, so it was surprising that we did not hear from you. The same goes for the issue of screens. Whistler is not known for mosquitoes and we have not experienced problems this summer, nor have our guests. Nevertheless it is unfortunate and we are sorry that you were uncomfortable. We will look into solutions to ensure this is not a problem moving forward. Thanks again for your stay and your feedback.

Small but well equipped condo in a great location

  • 4 of 5

This condo is exactly as advertised. While it's a little small, it is big enough and has everything you need. We were two couples. Even though the second bedroom has a bunk with a double on bottom and single on top, I think it would be really crowded with three people in there. Perhaps that bed arrangement provides for two single people that are not a couple sharing the room comfortably. There's drawer space and closet hanging space in both bedrooms. It has two full bathrooms - one with a shower/tub combo and one with shower only. The private hot tub is nice. It's on the back patio - very private in the winter as there is a giant pile of snow right next to it. You do have to go through the second bedroom to get to it though. The location is GREAT. There's a grocery store right across the street. It's about a one-block walk to get to the village stroll near the Olympic Plaza where there are many restaurants and retail shops. It's right on the Marketplace bus route. The stop is just across the street. The bus takes you to the base of Whistler mountain in only a few minutes. The underground parking process seemed a little confusing when I first read about it but it turned out to be very straightforward and convenient to the unit itself.

Owner's Response: We're very pleased that you enjoyed our condo. The second bedroom has a bunk with a standard double on bottom and single on top. It's worked well with couples and children. This appears on the listing, but we have updated the listing to make it clearer moving forward. Thanks again for your feedback and please come again!

Christmas skiing in Whistler

  • 5 of 5

We arrived Christmas day late evening , we used Resort Cabs who are based in whistler very good service. The accommodation was excellent there were 7 of us so made up the sofa bed every night. Apartment was comfortable, very clean and well equipped with everything you could need, hot tub was lovely after a long day on the slopes, tumble dryer and washing machine helpful. The location couldn't have been better a stroll from the village and supermarket and a pleasant 10 minute walk from lifts, there was also a free shuttle bus across the road. 😊 ALL ROUND EXCELLENT HOLIDAY

Owner's Response: The location is definitely one of the great features of PSWhistler. Most people enjoy the walk to the slopes, but if guests find it to be challenging in painful ski boots, we often remind them that there is a free shuttle bus right across the road at the Marketplace. The shuttle bus drops guests off right at the base of both Whistler and Blackcomb. And yes. the hot tub is a must after a long day on the slopes! We're glad you had a great stay. Please come again!
