We've lived in Austin since 1996 and love the city! Amanda has been a licensed Realtor in Austin for 12 years, and we personally manage all of our rental properties - both furnished and unfurnished. We love meeting our guests from all over the world and creating a wonderful and memorable visit for them in Austin. And when we're vacationing, we always enjoy staying in vacation rentals and bed & breakfasts as well!
The home is so beautiful having been recently remodeled. The back yard feels secluded and inviting, and the hot tub makes this home everyone's favorite during the winter months! The home is unique because it is one of the few large homes in Central Austin. It is quite spacious and will make your stay more enjoyable! As an added perk, you can walk to almost anything - the movies, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more!
We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 10 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us!
The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.
Thank you for such an awesome house. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. It is very well decorated and calming.
Our family decided that space, a kitchen, and the hot tub were well worth being a drive to the center of Austin. The property didn't disappoint.
Large home, worked great for our large family. Nice to have 2 bedrooms with king beds downstairs since we had my elderly parents with us. The kids had their own space upstairs with a separate bathroom which made me happy. First time renting and was leery but glad we found a place that would let us bring our dog. We'll never go back to a hotel again where it's expensive, where there's no kitchen, where we can't all stay together, and we have to board our dog since he's not welcome.
This home provided a wonderful home base for an Austin visit. It was very comfortable and stylish with great common spaces to gather together. The kitchen was modern and fully stocked. The bedrooms and the beds were large and comfortable. The hot tub was in a lovely backyard & patio setting. The location was super, quiet and yet close to all major highways.
We were in Austin to visit our son who lives close-by. The house lived up to our expectations and more, it has been upgraded recently and is furnished very comfortably. The bedrooms are spacious, the mattresses are good and the hot tub was a total treat. There were only the two of us, but this house can comfortably sleep many more. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is located just minutes away from many of Austin's attractions. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Austin area.
House was as described and had plenty of room for our group of people during Austin City Limits. Only minor issues were the outdoor grill not having all of its burners working(only 1 of the 3 worked) and the couch cushions in the main living room were pretty flat but the rest of the house was great. Would definitely consider re-renting this property.
The house was great for our Girls' Getaway of seven. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had a minor issue with WiFi, but Greg was able to walk us through the process and the problem was quickly solved. I highly recommend this house for families and large groups.
