We've lived in Austin since 1996 and love the city! Amanda has been a licensed Realtor in Austin for 12 years, and we personally manage all of our rental properties - both furnished and unfurnished. We love meeting our guests from all over the world and creating a wonderful and memorable visit for them in Austin. And when we're vacationing, we always enjoy staying in vacation rentals and bed & breakfasts as well!
The home is so beautiful having been recently remodeled. The back yard feels secluded and inviting, and the hot tub makes this home everyone's favorite during the winter months! The home is unique because it is one of the few large homes in Central Austin. It is quite spacious and will make your stay more enjoyable! As an added perk, you can walk to almost anything - the movies, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more!
We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 10 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us!
The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.
Thank you for such an awesome house. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. It is very well decorated and calming.
Was the best home ive ever vacationed in. How was very homey and clean will definitely stay there again
Extremely nice and well kept up! Plenty of room and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
Back in town for business, home was just as good as last time. Even better, we could tell a few pieces of furniture were new, glad to see the owners are taking care of the home, will be back next time I'm sure.
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with good parking. The house was super clean.
We booked another rental originally but on arrival it was filthy and the owner unresponsive, fortunately we found this place to rescue our trip. Greg was fantastic at getting us in to his rental last minute and late in the day. We couldn't have been happier with this home! Very clean, nicely decorated, and well cared for. The hot tub was a nice way to unwind from the ordeal of having to find another rental at 8pm with tired kids ready for bed.
We rented this house for a week around Christmas. We live in Austin but had out-of-town family visiting and needed a larger house to accommodate all of us. The location is good, and the house accommodated our entire party (7 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 dog) very well. We appreciated that there was an Ikea high chair, which my 18-month-old nephew used. There were also two pack-n-plays, although we didn't use them. There were several toys that the kids enjoyed, and also some board games for people of all ages. Both living room areas were large. With both leaves in the dining room table, it was large enough for all 9 of us. The back yard is not huge but it was completely fine for our dog and two toddlers -- and they all found the water feature *very* interesting.
The kitchen was a little small for my family, who really really like to cook. And although the bath towels were plentiful, there were not very many hand towels and wash cloths that I could find. It also would have been great if there had been some hooks by the front door where we could have hung our coats.
The host (Greg) was extremely responsive. He replied promptly to emails and texts that I sent him prior to, during, and after our stay. During our stay, when I notified him of a minor issue with locking the sliding glass door, he arrived within just a few hours to fix it. And after our stay, when I emailed him to let him know that we'd left our dog crate at the house, he was very responsive and flexible about arranging a time for me to come by to pick it up.
