Gorgeous 2 story, 2300 square foot home - completely remodeled in 2011. It has all new granite in kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms, new dark Italian wood tile flooring throughout the downstairs, ceiling fans throughout, new flooring in all bedrooms, huge closets, all new bathrooms with new vanities, glass tile, tile floors, faucets, fixtures, lights, etc... The master bedroom is on the first floor with a separate vanity area, walk in closet, and separate entrance to outdoor hot tub and patio. There is also a second living area with pull out sofa and flat screen tv, front loading washer/dryer in the laundry room, as well as an outdoor hot tub, covered patio, fish pond with waterfall in the backyard, and large fenced yard with gorgeous trees!
The master bedroom downstairs has a king bed. The second bedroom downstairs also has a king bed. The third bedroom upstairs has a king bed, and the fourth bedroom upstairs has two queen beds. In addition there is a pull out sofa in the secondliving room and a pack & play crib.
The home has a maximum occupancy of 8 adults and 10 people total. The City of Austin has an occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults.

The home is so beautiful having been recently remodeled. The back yard feels secluded and inviting, and the hot tub makes this home everyone's favorite during the winter months! The home is unique because it is one of the few large homes in Central Austin. It is quite spacious and will make your stay more enjoyable! As an added perk, you can walk to almost anything - the movies, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more!

The house was great for our Girls' Getaway of seven. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had a minor issue with WiFi, but Greg was able to walk us through the process and the problem was quickly solved. I highly recommend this house for families and large groups.
The house had large rooms with lots of comfortable furniture that we moved around as needed. The neighborhood is quiet and near lots of good places to eat, and it was centrally located to many places we needed to go to or things to sightsee. My family was very happy with our selection and it was perfect for our mom who can't walk well as there was a large room for her downstairs with a connecting bathroom.
Perfect place for a family or a group that just wants to experience the Austin's attractions. We were no mor than 15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go.

The house met our needs for a group of 5 women. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful backyard. The location was centrally located near transportation, shopping and highways. Thank you for a perfect home for our group.
