Amazing location, comfortable apartment, accommodating landlord

  • 5 of 5

Everything was good here. We got thorough instructions for our arrival, the host Matt was available for questions, there was plenty of room for three full-size males, apartment was comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy though. We didn't really use the kitchen much so can't speak to that. The location was amazingly convenient to restaurants, bars, tea dance at the Boatslip, shows, basically anything we wanted to do in Provincetown. We had a car and barely needed to use it at all. You know you've struck it lucky when your biggest complaint is a burnt-out light bulb!

Amazing location

  • 5 of 5

Could not have picked a better location. Located steps away from Commercial Street, but no noise at all. Lovely, clean unit with a fully stocked kitchen. Would stay there again on our next visit.

Cute apartment in a great location!

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was very cute and comfortable for our 3 day stay in P-town. It was an amazing location and we had a great time! Matt was very communicative and the rental experience was smooth and easy. I would definitely rent here everytime we come to Provincetown!

Well maintained and well located gem

  • 4 of 5

We had the misfortune of booking another accommodation that was totally unsuitable and were fortunate enough to meet the caretaker of Matt's place which was nearby. We were able to move in on very short notice and the place was great.

All of the amenities we hoped for lots of space, lots of daylight, well equipped kitchen, good wifi, nice outdoor space with a grill and a flower garden made us very happy

Great place close to beaches and all the fun!

  • 5 of 5

This is the second year we've stayed here, and we love it! The yard is beautiful, the apartment very homey, dog friendly, sooooo close to Commercial St, but away from the noise. The owners are great to deal with! Super helpful and informative. Can't recommend it all enough!

Location Location Location!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this perfectly situated condo - so quiet, yet literally steps to the fun on Commercial Street. The owners were a pleasure to work with, especially Matt, who was always very prompt with answers to questions we may have had. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed to make the week we spent here unforgettable. Already looking to next year! If you are wanting a nice, quiet place in the middle of town, look no further!
