On a quiet road 5 blocks from Eastern Market Metro, easy 10 minute walk from the Capitol building, ideally located close to Library of Congress, Supreme Court and Smithsonian Museums. Visitors can take the local subway to the Nationals' Baseball stadium and other parts of the city.

The home is located on Capitol Hill at the intersection of 10th Street, NE & Constitution Ave, NE. The neighborhood has excellent transport links and the location is very convenient for the Eastern Market Metro Station which is only 5 blocks away. Most conveniently there is a Metro Bus Service on the same block as the house which goes directly to Union Station in the heart of Washington, DC. Union Station is the major station from which you can commute anywhere in the city, in fact, if you wish to you can day trip to New York in just 3 hours on a regular train service from there. If you want to take a trolley tour of DC you can do it from Union Station as well. The bus on the same block as the house also goes through picturesque Georgetown. Georgetown has a wonderful waterfront area and very good historic walks, dining and upscale shopping. From the house itself, you can walk to the historic Eastern Market, the Library of Congress, the Capitol Building and a great variety of museums in just 10-15 minutes.
