The pictures show the house well. Very close to ATV trails.
We had a good stay at the house in spite of the uncomfortable beds and couch. The beds are old and sink in the middle. The couch was low and very uncomfortable. The lack of WiFi (even though we knew going in it was not great) became a big problem — no one’s cell phone worked consistently and it was hard to get a good weather report.
On the plus side, the house had one of the best stocked kitchens ever! They have a crock pot, griddle, turkey cooker, and several other kitchen appliances. There were plenty of paper products and linens.
The neighbors were nice and greeted us. They seem to take good care of the house. The house was very clean.
With updated beds, better seating in the living room and decent WiFi the house would have easily been rated as five stars.
Very seemless rental! I was actually a little concerned over the lack of contact besides the initial email and VRBO app info. Lol but it was all good and just as described. The key was left exactly where i was advised it would be upon arrival. The property manager came over and introduced himself offering area suggestions and so forth. Overall the property makes you feel at home with a note advising you as a tenant to help yourself to anything needed and feel free to leave anything that would be helpful to next renter. The home looks exactly like the posted pictures and everything works as it should with no noticeable issues. A couple of minor issues are i would have liked use if the garage and the sand. The sand at the entrance to the home gets everywhere. When i unloaded i set everything inside the door then put away without shoes on due to not wanting to track all the sand throughout the house. So knowing the sand was not brought in by me walking in the house with bare feet I definately felt the sand actually had to sweep it up the first night. I am pretty confident we left the home just as clean or cleaner then we got it. Overall i would recommend this property without issue and look forward to booking again same time next year! Thank you
We come every year to ride the orv trails . Awesome home awesome experience. Thanks
2nd time i stayed here.Place is exactly what you see in pics, very nice. I have it booked again in another 3 weeks, close to trails, restaurants, bars, grocery store, gas...perfect location!!
Great house and location
Great location and house. Plenty of space and close to many outdoor activities. The only small issue we had was the cleanliness when we arrived, it wasn't terrible, just a few small issues.
Spacious and comfortable - avoid the grill
A lovely little cottage that is spacious and comfortable to relax in after a long day of doing the Up North thing. It's very close to off-roading trails, and within driving distance to a few lakes. A few hiccups here and there, as can be expected with anyone's house, but the only real issues was the grill. Avoid using it until the owner can confirm it's been properly serviced. It's a bit of a hazard. Other than that, I'd recommend staying here and will look to see if it's available again the next time we come up.
