With a King bed in Master Bedroom, a Twin Bed in the Sleeping Alcove and a Twin Murphy Bed in the living area, this upstairs luxury condo is perfect for up to 4 people.

The muted, multi-shade laminate floor, upscale West Elm furnishings, and accents of gray, black, gold, and orange bespeak classic modern all the way. A peaceful sense of symmetry is imparted by the sumptuous leather sofa and chair, geometric-pattern wool rug /throw pillows, and wall art of industrial and marketplace scenes. The massive, block-style furniture is made of reclaimed wood. More eco-friendly features include on-demand water heater and energy efficient appliances. Cooks will enjoy working in the brand new kitchen with its mini-dishwasher, compact 4-burner gas range, and full-size microwave and refrigerator. Dine in style at the chic, polished steel kitchen table with seating for 4. The bathroom has a full tub/shower, oversized vanity sink, and big mirror. For your ultimate convenience, a full size, stacked washer and dryer is provided in the kitchen. Wi-Fi internet, Blue Ray DVD player, and two HDTV’s complete the amenities of this luxury unit.

Perfect location, very comfortable, easy parking, and all the amenities you will need.

First time visiting Moab, UT, and the Arches and Canyonland national parks. Prices for the loft was very competitive with other one bedroom hotels like Homewood Suites. This loft had the advantage of:

- very clean, bright, organized, updated, well decorated with quality materials to make it feel like a home

- one block away from main street and minimal traffic with plenty of parking.

- Excellent location downtown and walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping, parks, historical landmarks, offroad vehicle and bike rentals, and 4X4, bike, balloon, airplane, or river adventure offices

- very quiet during the day and at night

- a lot of room with full size living area, good size kitchen with washer and dryer, private bedroom, and shared enclosed outdoor rear common space with sitting area, BBQ grill, bike stand, bike rack, and fire pit.

- Central heating and cooling

- cable channels and two HD TVs and the apartment had secured internet

- Private uncovered parking space feet away from front entrance. Parking across the street if you have a longer vehicle with or without a trailer.

- kitchen with everything you need to cook or to reheat something up.

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our 5 day stay in the 2nd floor apartment. The stairs where minimal because ½ of the 1st floor apartments were underground (more like 1 ½ story tall 2nd floor). The apartment only sleeps 4; you will need an air mattress if you need to sleep on anything larger than the twin size beds in the living room area near front door. Plenty of space in living area to sit 4 for comfortable viewing of the HD TV or if you need to store MTB if the weather is too bad outside.

Perfect getaway for 1-2 couples or a small family of 3-4. This would still be our first choice each and every time when we make another trip back to Moab.

Wonderful surprise!

I stayed at this great little place while in Moab for my son's wedding recently. From the time I opened the front door to the time I left, it was a delightful stay! Could use a little more soundproofing but was otherwise the perfect place. One block off of Main Street, I was able to walk to restaurants, spa, shopping with ease and the sounds of Main Street traffic dissipated to minimal by the time I was back to the condo. I did like being on the top floor with all of the trees surrounding the unit, parking was great with the shade as well. Will definitely go back!

Great Place To Stay

Layout and furnishings are new and up to date. New windows made for a quiet sleep. Close to downtown and restaurants. Perfect.
