The first thing thing you see in this non smoking, 2 King BDRM/2BATH, is the expansive ocean views and the Islands of Lanai and Molokai. You can also see lush tropical mountain views. Both views wrap around this outstanding condo. The Best Sunsets on Maui are on your very own lanai.

It is THE corner unit to be in on the 7th floor located in the A Bldg of the Hololani. It has ocean views from every room.

There are 2 Master Bdms. with new ultra plush KING SIZE BEDS. One of them can be separated into 2 singles if needed. It also contains your very own private complete business centre.

In both Mstr Bdms you can lay in bed and watch the seasonal whales breaching or when the waves or wind comes up, watch the excitement of the surfers and kite boarders.

See huge resident sea turtles from your lounger while you have your morning beverage.

Lovely Place to relax

We were very pleased with our apparttement. Everything was super clean and tidy. The view was simply unique. Melissa took care of all our wishes and was quickly available to order the plumber we needed. Everything is totally uncomplicated, when we are back on Maui, we come back gladly again.

Beautiful ocean views (whales and sea turtles included)!

My family of four enjoyed this comfortable condo during our visit to Maui! The views were spectacular and the marine life was abundant. Every morning we went out on the lanai with our coffee and searched for sea turtles and whales. Successful every morning! We expect certain outdoor critters to be part of the norm in such an open tropical environment. So nothing surprised us. We were happy that we didn't accidentally bring home any of the little lizards running around the properties. Truly a tropical paradise! We appreciated the ocean breeze and aromas swirling around the condo. Breathe it in and enjoy. After all, you are in Hawaii! Melissa was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The views were amazing but the cleanliness of the condo was unacceptable.

The first night we arrived the elevator was broke and remained unusable until Tuesday, walking up 7 floors was a huge inconvenience not to mention strenuous for my husband who has cardiac issues. The condo did not appear to be cleaned after the last visitors as there were dirty kleenexes behind the night stands, piles of dirt behind the beds, brochures behind the dressers and the floors were filthy we had to sweep them when we arrived. The bathrooms were. also not clean and one had ants all over the floor. The doors would not stay shut between the rooms with the windows open which was necessary without air conditioning so we had to prop something against the door to keep it closed. I would recommend a different cleaning service, inspect the rooms between guest and fix the doors so guest can have their privacy!

Owner's Response: The elevator not working was very unexpected and unfortunately broke just before Presidents Day long weekend. This was the delay in having workers come from the main island with the parts to fix the elevator. Very unfortunate! As for the cleaning, I really wished you had emailed me right away. I have a new cleaning service, and this was obviously not exceptable. I am very sorry about that! I was horrified when I read this. I would have had the cleaners come in right away and do it the way it should be done! I also have a handyman on duty and he would have come over right away to fix the slider. As for the ants, we are on a tropical island, and there are many critters that live here. The ants do appear at random times. We have sprays for them and we also have our place sprayed from time to time when it is necessary. I don't like to use too many chemicals. Communication with owners is so important, as we want you to have the most comfortable, clean and relaxing vacation possible. Regards Melissa

Great views! Expansive lanai

The pictures on the site are a very accurate representation of the unit. The views from this elevation are travel-magazine worthy. We saw whales surfacing every morning as we had breakfast on the spacious lanai. Convenient shopping for essentials was within walking distance, with the Farmer's Market just a short drive down the road. The owner was alerted to some minor maintenance needs by the guests before us and kept us informed when repair people would be entering the unit to perform the work. Never a problem as we were constantly on the go, only to return to this great home-away-from-home.

beautiful location, with oceanfront views from both bedrooms!

This is a marvelous condo. The owner is exceptionally responsive to any issues that may arise regarding ongoing property upkeep, which is a given in an oceanfront property.

We have stayed here two years in a row, with no second thoughts or regrets.
