It is THE corner unit to be in on the 7th floor located in the A Bldg of the Hololani. It has ocean views from every room.

There are 2 Master Bdms. with new ultra plush KING SIZE BEDS. One of them can be separated into 2 singles if needed. It also contains your very own private complete business centre.

In both Mstr Bdms you can lay in bed and watch the seasonal whales breaching or when the waves or wind comes up, watch the excitement of the surfers and kite boarders.

Fantastic View!

If you are looking for a relaxing Maui vacation and don't want the resort cost... this is the place! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has everything you will need and the view is Unbelieveable!

The unit is a little dated, but everything works and the unit is in the best location. There is no AC but the breeze off the ocean keeps the whole unit cool.

Sunsets on the water between Lanai and Molokai are the best in west Maui. Sea life easy to see from 7 stories up - saw turtles every day, stingrays and dolphins.

Walking distance to Maui Brewing (we ate there 4 times). We made breakfast and ate on the lanai every morning and grilled steaks on the (unbelievably clean) gas grill by the pool and watched the sunset.

Kapalua was just north and Lahaina just south.

We would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Clean but outdated 1970s decor

This condo has everything you need to stay for 8 days and two couples, except air conditioning!

A few surprises are the lack of curtains on the master bedroom so you need to be prepared to get up with the sun, and since there is no AC you hear the road noise sometimes as the road is immediately below the master Windows.

The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of towels and beds are comfy. A good value overall.

Amazing views

This condo exceeded our expectations completely. The photos are very nice, but to see it in person is spectacular. We will definitely rent this condo again when we come back to Maui. The location is very convenient if you plan on going to eat or shop at Ka'anapali or snorkel at Hanalua Bay, or golf at Kapalua. There is a reasonably priced general store in th shopping center just behind the resort. Gas, food and the Maui Brewing Co are all in the shopping center a short walk from the resort (2 minutes) I give this condo 5 stars! We really enjoyed the size, open views, patio, and all of the accessories in the kitchen, we even washed our clothes prior to heading back home, very convenient. I recommend this location to anybody who wants to stay in a great condo with amazing views of the ocean and neighboring islands - Molokai and Lanai.

everything was great except for the lack of usable cuttlery and lack of pots for cooking . Also the

pull out bed was so-ooo uncomfortable and so was the sofa. the view was wonderful and we always had a fantastic breeze. Had a wonderful time .

I would recommend this place to others but they couls fix the things lacking for not too much money.

Million Dollar View

This property has spectacular views of both the mountains and the ocean. We saw multiple turtles swim by every day! The property is aging and not everything works perfectly like in a new condo. However, when we had the kitchen sink back up we contacted Melissa and the next day ( a Saturday) someone arrived to fix it. That was a pleasant surprise as we were prepared to wait until Monday. One thing we were disappointed by was the complete lack of beach access on the property. If you walk to the adjoining property you have a small place to get into the ocean. That being said, we will return as soon as possible!

Owner's Response: Hi and thank you for your review! I am happy to hear you will be back and you got to see the turtles. I try to make sure that all our customers have the maintenance issues dealt with as soon as possible. Maui has had a lot of beaches eroding on the westside this year and our beaches have been effected. They come and go when the storms are big. We have been trying to get a permit from the county, to get a seawall built for quite some time and to have safe beach access from the front of our property. The good news is that we have been approved! In the meantime, there is always access to the public beach, on the right side of our property from the front of our place. True ocean front

This condo was exactly what we hoped for. The 2 bedrooms and 2 Lanais with oceanfront views were wonderful. The sound of the waves at night were something special. We didn't see any sea turtles from the Lanais, but had rainbows on a couple of days!! The place was spacious and well equipped. The owner and maintenance staff were responsive. As a new VRBO participant I was a little "high-maintenance" with several questions but Melissa was patient and helpful (thanks Melissa).

The previous reviews were quite accurate. There is a short walk to get to the beach, but very doable. The condo shows a little age, but nothing that bothered us. The bedroom fan in Bedroom #2 didn't function (no big deal with the great breeze we got off the ocean) - we didn't bother to report. The sliding doors to the Lanai were a little tricky, but again, nothing we bothered to report. All these things were minor compared to the overall attractiveness of the apartment and location on the oceanfront.

I definitely would recommend this condo. Really great access to Lahaina and the snorkeling beaches, we really liked Kapalua Bay. If you are planning to do a lot of stuff on the East side of the Island (Haleakala and Road to Hana) - This does add some miles and time to those trips - but the trip along the ocean is very scenic. Warning - Road to Hana is spectacular and Sacred Pools were our favorite, but the ride can be nerve-wracking - lots of one-lane roads with little escape routes.

Food: There are a few restaurants across the street from the condo, we only tried the sushi place and would not go back. In Lahaina we liked the apps and entertainment at the bar downstairs at"Kimo's" in Lahaina (restaurant was pricey and busy)and repeated tacos from The Lahaina Luna Cafe - good and inexpensive. We had an EXCEPTIONAL lunch at Cafe O'Lei in Kihei. We had a VERY BAD experience at MIlagro's Food Company in Paia after the Road to Hana. After waiting for about a half an hour we saw an open table given to someone who came after us (no reservations excepted). The hostess (who rarely talked to us) explained the had to save the table for "large groups", it sat 5, we were a group of 4. Our guess was that the customer was a "local" and that we as tourists were not as important.

We did have a VERY GOOD scuba experience with Ed Robinson's dive adventures - Dive-master Dave was really good. And they recommended Cafe o"lei - double points!!

Enjoy the condo and Maui- we miss it already.
