Come enjoy your stay at my renovated town house located in The Village At Camelback.This cozy country cabin townhouse is a SKI-ON/SKI-OFF unit which allows access to the slopes within 150ft to PA most adventure filled mountain CAMELBACK!!!..This mountain has 34 slopes to enjoy and a brand new terrain park for all you thrill seekers.Camelback is also home of the largest snow tubing parks in PA and now offers GALATIC SNOWTUBING where all the lanes are lit up with neon lighting and the music is pumping or ride down the mountain on the The Mountain Coaster.
If you are looking for some fun in the sun come visit Camelbeach Waterpark (5 minute walk from my house) and enjoy their wave pool, boogie board park and waterslides.
If your looking for some summer adventure visit CAMELBACKS adventure park CBK MOUNTAIN ADVENTURES which offers zip-lining( 1000' dual zip lines and there 4000' long twin zip flyer) or hang out in the trees and try to complete their TREE TOPS Adventure course which has 100+ aerial obsticals to navigate.If you have kids bring them to the explore course or to adventure zone.
You can now enjoy KALAHARI the poconos largest indoor waterpark open all year by purchasing DAY PASSES on their Website or at the front desk.(only 10 miles up on RT80 from my house)

The Village at Camelback Clubhouse is a 2 minute walk from my house, which has a glass enclosed indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, sauna, basketball hoop and fitness room.

This complex is a gated community with 24 hour SECURITY patrol and some families do reside in the association so please follow the rules and regulations and be courteous to neighbors.Thank you
My Townhouse offers FREE Wi-Fi, 3 AIR CONDITIONING UNITS one in the living room and 2 in the downstair bedrooms and a X-BOX 360 hooked up to a 60'' flat screen TV in the living room. ALL bedrooms have a flat screen TV with HD-Cable and Blu-ray players.The house has 3 bedrooms:Bedroom:1 is the upstairs loft which has a queen size bed,Bedroom 2: has a full size bed and Bedroom 3: has a queen size bed & twin size bunkbed's.A plush queen size air mattress is provided for the 9th and 10th guest. Bed linens, pillows, and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own pool towels. Kitchen has dishwasher microwave,toaster,blender and 12 cup coffee maker and is fully equipt with all glassware, dinnerware and cookware. Washing machine and dryer are provided. Propane fireplace in living room. Back deck has a gas BBQ grill with table and chairs. Enjoy watching deer and turkeys roam the woods from your back deck. Parking lot for this unit is right off Camelback Road. No driving required to Camelbeach,Camelback ski slopes or amenities.

Great ski mountain feel
Nice little neat condo for skiing. Close to indoor pool and indoor basketball court. Bathroom nice and condo was just as it appeared in pictures. Owner very helpful. I had 5 kids there and all slept well. Only recommendation would be maybe carpet updating on stairs from use.
We had been deciding between 2 properties when making this reservation, and I could not be more pleased with our decision to choose this one. The owner Joe was easy to deal with, the location, a short walk to the slope, was perfect, and the condo was immaculate. It far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning very soon!
Better than the rest
Let me start off with, I’ve been visiting Camelback annually for 17yrs. First as a young man, then with girlfriend, and continue with our family. We’ve stayed in The Village each time in various units. Unit 60 is by far the most current, comfortable, and well kept we’ve stayed in, and with a good price to boot.
There is a set of steps to climb before reaching slopes, but might as well warm your legs up before boarding/skiing.
Other units we’ve stayed in have a half bath in the loft, this one does not, so sharing a single shower/tub with a large group could be tough but we managed with 6 of us and had a great time.
For anyone having issue with the living room TV.
1. Turn the sound bar on.(TV will not work without it)
2. Select DVD as the source on the TV
3. Watch television. 🙂�
As of 2/13/18 these steps work perfectly.
On the ride home we discussed next years trip and plan to stay here again.

Misleading by saying ski on/ off camelback
You cannot ski on and off from this place .There is a entry point from this association but that’s not for ski on and off and camelback doesnot allow that
The place is very disorganized .TV will not work ,wiring is all over you will have to figure out and took us more than hour to get one TV working
Kitchen dishes were falling off the cabinets and were very sticky .Flooring was really dirty and I had to pick up old socks and napkins by the side of sofa.The carpet on the stairs is stained and dirty .Dishwasher has no track to get the stand in so it’s a hassle to make it work every time .
Most importantly when we were leaving I saw the cleaning crew making the same bed without changing the sheets and pillow covers and got us thinking
The way things are is not worth spending vacation time here especially when the owner has no one at property or area to take care of things And he lives far away you can very well get stuck with things which you may need .
The only thing that is misleading is this review.Being i have 103 positive reviews for this house and over 500 reviews all combined with my 4 other houses and sites i can assure that your malicious review will be overlooked.My home is located on the slope side of the mountain and my association is the only association which offer SKI-ON/OFF access.I have had many guest that stayed in my homes and actually loved the location,my home and the ease of entering the mountain.I provide 5 sources of information in my ad which shows the home location and my heading says it all as well.I show a map of my association with my house location,a map of the mountain which shows the house location,a accurate description in my add and if you took the time to look at the home location on the map provided by Homeway you can do a satellite view of my home locations so don't blame me because you failed to do research before you booked.I also had guest in my other homes on the mountain which also uses the same entry points as well and they had no problem getting on to the slopes which basically makes you a Liar.One HDMI wire was discounted from the back of the cable box but you kept rushing me off the phone by complaining about how you have dinner on the table instead of listing to my simple instructions.Don't call people and then be rude by rushing them off the phone because you chose to call me during your dinner.You did not even mention anything to me about my house or all the problems it gave you even after i allowed you a early check in and you were already in the house for 10 hours.My dishwasher is missing 1 out of 8 loading tray wheels which i am aware of but its a BOSCH brand and parts need to get ordered but no other guest complained.My rugs are cleaned every 4 months by professionals and yes unfortunately stains do happen especially during the busy seasons and when i have guest constantly coming and going during the busy season i can't have wet rugs or professional cleaners maintaining rugs while i have guest in the house.My kitchen is well stocked with plates and cups and unless my cabinets are hanging off the wall or crooked which they are not i don't understand how plates were falling out,just doesn't
makes any sense.Check out is at 11am,why were you in my house while my cleaning service was there?Do you follow rules?I have 2 sets of sheets and in order for a quick turnaround we switch sheets and wash elsewhere so stop with your lies.I maintain my homes well.
It was so convenient to the mountain ski on and ski off. The owner was so pleasant to work with and so nice. It is very comfortable and cozy for a family.
Cozy, Neat, Tidy
Joe (owner of the home) was wonderful and made himself readily available to answer questions at any time. His home was clean, tidy and perfect for the 8 to 10 people who stayed in my party. Very close to many different amenities at Camelback. I would definitely recommend staying here!
