The Owner purchased this apartment in 2007
Born in San Francisco and have lived here most of my life
The apartment is situated in a great location, close to everything you need. The muni stop is just down the hill and a bus stop right around the corner. The Cole Valley neighbourhood is beautiful with homes true to the stunning architecture of San fransisco. There are some great restaurants within walking distance and shopping areas within close proximity. The apartment is a good size with everything you need and the bed is really comfortable. The garden is an absolute hidden jem and beautiful to wake up to in the morning. Bryan provides all the information you need and is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. We really enjoyed our stay in San fransisco and would definitely stay in the apartment again.
We enjoyed the location -- a residential area with some good restaurants, corner markets, and a MUNI stop within seven blocks. Bryan was responsive and very accommodating, allowing us to drop off our bags early and good-naturedly assisting us when we had a little family crisis. Bryan offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and travel.
The apartment is modest but clean. It was a satisfying place to stay for three nights in August. We would recommend this neighborhood and VRBO to others.
We loved the location--a nice, safe, city neighborhood close to Golden Gate Park, Haight-Asbury, and Twin Peaks. There is also a smaller park, Tank Hill, a very short walk/climb away, which has some wonderful views of the city. The apartment was comfortable, cozy, and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the back patio and its beatiful flower garden. Bryan responded quickly to our questions and was helpful and friendly throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved looking into the beautiful gardens outside our bedroom window and also from the living room. Brian and his wife were wonderful hosts and answered our questions immediately. The apartment was well stocked with linens and cooking utensils
This is a nice apartment on the ground floor of a house. It is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. There is natural light only from the rear.
The location is good, convenient for UCSF, and not too far from Muni Metro (but up a hill from the bottom of Cole Valley). There is no washing machine, so you have to go to a laundromat, which means going downhill and returning uphill.
The area feels safe.
The wi-fi is good.
The owner, Bryan, met me when I arrived from the airport, to hand over the keys. He is very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again.
