This lovely, well-lighted, spacious and newly renovated 54 m2 (580 sq. ft.) flat is only a 3-minute walk to Picasso home & museum, Pier 1, cathedral, arts theater, fish market. The flat is quiet (no street noise) on the 1st floor which includes:

The area is a historic downtown where the bars, restaurants and shop are family-owned. The building has a typical iconic facade. The supermarket is right in front of the building, shops and bars and restaurants are 1 block away. The pier & beach is only a 10-minute walk. Enjoy our Andalusian patio to unwind and relax.
I love to travel, cook and play tennis. I love meeting new people and learning different cultures, languages and history. I visited friends in other parts of the world, now I have the opportunity to host my friends as well as people who love to travel like me. It gives me an opportunity to show them my part of the world.

I fell in love with this property because it was close to everything I wanted without using a car. Walking distance to supermarket (right in front of the building), shops, restaurants, bars, beach, pier and all the tourist attractions. As for the place, it was bright and spacious and the neighbors are extremely friendly and respectful. I bought thinking that if I were to live here, would I enjoy it? The answer is yes.
It is bright, spacious, quiet and the decoration and settings is modern, comfortable yet functional. We hired a professional decorator to help us renovate from top to bottom, every detail was considering keeping the guest in mind about what he/she would like and wouldn't like, would need and wouldn't need. Everything is within reach. The private patio is prize area that make our place unique. I love Andalusian patios and I want my guests to get an idea what it is like to have one and be in one.
Brian ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt. Gibt Tipps und Hinweise und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Appartment ist komplett ausgestattet, gemütlich und wg. der Lage zum Innenhof ruhig. Aufgrund der Altstadtlage kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Kostenlos Parken kann man auf der anderen Seite des (ausgetrockneten) Stadtflusses, ca. 10 Min. Fußweg entfernt. Brian is the perfect host. Very friendly and attentive. The flat is fully equipped, calm and good located. Highly recommended.
I'd like to give a big thanks to Brian for making our check-in/check-out process so great. He had a taxi waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and his assistant met us upon arrival to the apartment to give us an overview. He also arranged for a taxi for us to return to the airport at the end of our stay. The apartment is clean and very comfortable - we really appreciated the bathroom in particular - updated and contemporary with great lighting. The location is excellent - right across from a market for all of your necessities, allowing us to cook at home as often as we'd like, as well as very near all of the major sites in the city. We very much enjoyed our time here.

The apartment is a one (separate) bedroom with a sleeping couch for 2 in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a/c, an amazing private terrace where you can have your coffee.
CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! And this is coming from a total germs phobic .
The attention to detail is unbelievable they thought of everything.
And last but definitely not least is Brian's personal interest in making sure your stay in his place is great. He is an honest, kind and will answer your messages faster than any of the other owners I've ever dealt with.
If you are staying in Malaga by all means don't go anywhere else. You can thank me later.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a very convenient position in the centre of Malaga within walking distance of the beach, bars and museums and although in the centre of a bustling city, it is quiet, light and airy from the attractive internal patio. The apartment is very well equipped with all home essentials and plenty of storage space. The owner, Brian, is an excellent host, providing a personal service, economical pick-up from the airport, the provision of a few essentials to start your stay and also, stayed in contact with a friendly text to check if everything was satisfactory. We highly recommend it.
This is a very attractive designer-decorated, well appointed and well located apartment. We found it to be very quiet, clean and comfortable with a good size bed and fluffy towels. The large patio was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing.
Brian, the owner looks after his guests. He walked with us to introduce us to the neighborhood and its amenities: grocery stores, pubs and restaurants.
We highly recommend it.
From our first enquiry Brian was a fantastic host with excellent communication. Since we was going to be traveling with a baby Brian asked about our requirement and provided a high chair and cot.
We are looking forward to booking again for next year.
