Fun neighborhood with garage parking right outside the building door!
The property was clean, modern, and in one of the hottest areas in Wicker Park/Bucktown. You can walk to so many great bars and restaurants, and yet the condo was still quiet at night. I would highly recommend this property as it is a great value.
Beautiful condo, perfect location and yes the rooftop has a beautiful view of the city skyline, we had perfect weather. We were visiting Chicago for our daughter's wedding and it was a wonderful space for relaxing, visiting and of course getting ready for the wedding. It was spotless, the open concept was just perfect, the master bedroom & bathroom were amazing. I loved having the master bedroom at the back part of the unit for privacy. The hardwood floors were wonderful as well as the fireplace and widescreen TV in the living room. Internet access was great and we were able to use Uber for travel ease as it was in a great location. Thank you so much for making our 4 days weekend visit amazing!
We were a group of four guys meeting in Chicago for an old friends' reunion. The condo's location was perfect--right on the blue line, so we could easily get anywhere in the city. But our neighborhood had plenty to offer.
The unit itself was spacious and modern:two porches, washer/dryer, an excellent master bath with a rain shower (I'm a sucker for a rain shower)...
The management company was easy to work with both before and during our stay.
I can think of nothing negative to report about our entire experience.
This unit was so good, I just had to come back a 2nd time with new friends. This is a modern, clean, perfectly located condo. Hip Happening neighborhood, but quiet and peaceful for a good night’s sleep. The view from the roof deck is spectacular, just north of downtown in Bucktown. The L is just a short walk away for getting to and from further destinations, and there are great restaurants and shopping all within easy walking. That staff is quick and informative in responding to questions and I have nothing but good things to say. Love visiting Chicago and I would stay here again for visit # 3. PS - I've stayed at several locations over the past 16 years, and this is by far the best.
The condo is better than the photos. The location is perfect. We felt very safe, had all the shopping, restaurants, bars we could ask for and was conveniently located near the Blue line. You could stay in this area your entire trip and have a great time. The condo has a garage slip that is included which is really nice since parking is very limited. I was a little worried the condo would be small but the layout is spacious and comfortable. The staff was available, polite and friendly every time we called, thank-you Tim and Jean! A few musts in the area: Stan's Donuts, Piece Brewery, Umami Burger, Nike Bucktown Running, Liquor Park, Walgreen's (for your everyday needs and groceries and its just a really cool Walgreen's!) The only negative thing I can think of is there is no patio furniture for the 2 very beautiful patio's in the condo and the roof top is a little boring considering the amazing view of the city! We can't wait to return to this condo and city.
For dinner, you'll find anything and everything in Bucktown / Wicker Park. Ethnic choices such as Penny's Noodle Shop, Babylon and Club Lucky abound, surrounded by top-rated options like Coast, Takashi and Le Bouchon. Wine lovers can easily walk around the corner to Bin Wine Café on Milwaukee to savor seasonal fare paired with delicious food. You can even buy the wine you love to take with you! For something sweet, nothing can top a stop into Hot Chocolate for a nightcap and one of their many delectable desserts.
As early evening comes to a close, rest assured you will feel the energy of the nightlife options emerge. Choices are endless ranging from listening to live music at the well-known Double Door with their impressive bookings, Subterranean for dancing or neighborhood bar preferences such as 6 Corners Sports Bar, Northside Bar & Grill and 6 Degrees. Depending on your liking, there is something for everyone.
Other Activities: To slow things down, walk to Miko’s Italian Ice on Damen Avenue after spring hits Chicago and choose your flavor. Enjoy your treat as you stroll through the neighborhoods soaking in both new and historic architecture. Another option is to hop on the bikes provided by Chicago Premier Suites and ride through the neighborhoods to take in all the city has to offer. You won’t be disappointed.
