Dreaming of a paradise beach front vacation, we welcome you to Sea winds and to the amazing Marco Island! Where living is easy and Summertime is year round. Come stay in our newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full baths, condo. Our smoke-free unit is located directly on the beach with full western exposure providing plenty of afternoon sun on its spacious balcony. Panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking from this unit.

A patio dining table and chaise lounge chairs add extra comfort for the ultimate outdoor living experience. Did I mention you can see for miles into the Gulf of Mexico, and see down the north and south side of the beach? Picturesque sunsets, parasailer’s, and beach and boat traffic can all be viewed from our 5th floor location. Perfectly situated as its location is not too high or too low to impede on your privacy and still hear the amazing sounds of the surf. Being on the south side you also have views overlooking the pool area.

The community heated swimming pool is huge, the surrounding deck areas is spacious set with plenty of chaises and tables & chairs. Other amenities include a heated spa, cabana room, 2 Tennis Courts and ample parking is available.The Master Suite has comfort in mind, includes a KING size 'SLEEP NUMBER bed with a plush comfort layer to provide you with a restful sleep experience. Great for individuals with back problems or for those just seeking a great nights rest! Enjoy watching your favorite shows in bed from a flat screen TV.

The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath and flat screen TV. A fully updated Kitchen, with granite counter tops, full size appliances, refrigerator with icemaker, built in microwave, dishwasher, counter bar with stools, and fully equipped to prepare your meals.

Flat screen TV’s in the Living room and the Master suite and Guest bedroom.

Living room sofa is a queen sleep sofa to accommodate additional guests.

Dining room furnishings new with a tropical flare for that Island feel.

Plenty of beach activities await you. A brief walk to the area resorts and you can make arrangements for jet skiing, para-sailing, sailing, charter fishing, daytrips for shelling and dolphin watching, or rent a boat from one of the local marinas. Walking distance to Sunset Grille Restaurant/Sports Bar which is right next door. A short beach walk to area Hotels for shopping, dining, and their beachfront bars.

Evening life can include dinner at the Movies, where you can enjoy a lite meal with beer, wine, soda's or coffee. Or just a romantic stroll down the beach.Your stroll on the beach might include finding a sand dollar, horseshoe crab, florida fighting conchs, or site an osprey, or bald eagle.

If your sport is golf there are championship public courses within 10 miles. A variety of beach shops, fine and casual dining, racquet ball courts, day spas and fitness centers are located on Marco Island. Frank Mackle Park only a few miles away have basketball courts, play ground and toddler water park area. Other parks include YMCA Skate Park, and Caxambas Park.

Local areas Nature Centers include Everglades National Park, Briggs Nature Center, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Rookery Bay Reserve and Cocohatchee Nature Center. The Naples Zoo is located in the center of Naples, just a short drive.

Wonderful

The whole experience was very nice. The process of reserving, paying, contacting prior and pick-up of the keys was easy. We arrived after check in, so we tend to have to pick up keys later. The real estate office was very easy to find and the keys were where they told me to go. There was no one at the front office at the condo, so we were a little lost at how to get in through locked entrance doors and gates, but we followed another family. Once we figured all the locked gates and doors out, it went smoothly. You have to have one of the keys with you when you go anywhere. We have run into this at other condos at other beaches also. The condo was very nice. It was well stocked with dishes and the necessary start up supplies and it was clean. We rented beach chairs from a local place. Grocery stores were close by. The views from the balcony were awesome. I loved being on an end unit and being able to see the pool also. We were a little intimidated by the sign telling us to open the balcony doors and windows before cooking, because the smoke detectors were sensitive. We followed directions out of fear of setting them off. We also got a note on our car the first night that we must pay a parking fee of $25. The office was closed so we had no idea how to do that with the office closed. We asked a security person and he said to come down either at 10 that night or the next morning. The office was open for paying the next morning, even though the signs read that it was not open except during the week. Parking instructions should be spelled out better by the condo office. The reminder ticket was fine, but they should explain when and where to go to pay the fees. The elevators stopped working at one point during our stay and caused a major people jam from the beach when a storm moved in. We just took the stairs. I'm sure this was inconvenient for people staying on higher floors, or people with lots of beach stuff and small children. One of the elevators stayed out of order for half of the week, so it did cause a back-up to use the elevators. Other than that my only complaint was that local stores do not stay open later in the summer. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area though. I absolutely loved the community center to go to and jog around their pond on their paths. There was plenty of shaded benches and indoor facilities for water at the center. All and all it was a really nice beach and condo.

Nice location, tired property

It's hard to beat a beachfront location even if there are much better beaches on the gulf coast, and the property is a short stroll from a nice selection of bars and restaurants, so we enjoyed our stay. But it has to be said that the property is tired and, in our opinion, in need of a revamp/deep clean. Paradise found? No. But some investment would help find it. At the moment the property is a little disappointing.

Relaxing week of fun and sun in the best unit at Sea Winds!

We just returned from a wonderful week at Marco Island and this unit is the best one in the condo. It's an end unit so the breeze is amazing and the view couldn't be any better--the sunset was front and center. I loved being able to see the pool so that I could keep an eye on the kids while I made lunches and also to scope out available loungers. Fifth floor was high enough that it wasn't loud at all.

The condo is spacious and comfortable and everything you need is there. One note, you will need to supply paper products like paper towels, TP, and trash bags so be sure to add to your Publix list. The kitchen is well stocked and organized and we did not lack for anything. The bath towels were plush and soft and the beach towels were nice quality as well.

The Sunset Grille is right next door and had good food and great views. It was nice to have a close option for the nights that you want to soak up every minute of sun and not have to change for dinner. Also, Wednesday morning is the Farmer's Market and it was awesome--we had fresh shrimp and veggies for our best dinner of the week. Set your alarm and make sure you get there early before the crowds.

Check in and out were a breeze, couldn't have asked for better.

Fabulous property

We are thrilled with the condo and the wonderful view and proximity to the beach. I will definitely stay in this unit again. It was well appointed, comfortable beds, nice towels and dishes. Thanks y'all for everything!

good and bad

First the good: The unit appeared to have been recently remodeled. It was clean and neat. The pots and pans were new and nice. We had the utensils needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to be in a corner unit for views from the balcony and for the sun. Good air and heat system. There is a washer and dryer and you are expected to wash towels, etc with the exception of one set per guest. Pick up of keys was easy.

And the not-as-good: We did not expect to have to buy toilet paper and light bulbs for our one week stay. The kitchen has a salt and pepper shaker but otherwise there are no staples. The sliding door was stuck but with some WD40 it slid fine but the screens for the door were off the track or something because they would not move. The living room furniture is pretty with the island themed fabric but very uncomfortable. The dinner plates do not fit in the dishwasher. And finally, and most inconvenient for us, was the instruction to leave both doors open when cooking to avoid setting off the smoke alarm. There is no vent. It was cold, rainy and windy during our stay so this was major. Even with both doors open the alarm went off twice.

And a final note about the common areas: This is an older building. The pool furniture is rusty/chipped. Common areas were clean

We loved this unit at the Sea Winds! It was the perfect get -a-way for us! It was all beautifully and tastefully redone, it had everything that we needed for a peaceful relaxing stay, it even had very comfortable beds! It is an end-unit…so it has wonderful sunlight. The balcony had a great round table perfect for dining & also two lounge chairs….a perfect spot to read & watch the gorgeous sunsets!! This unit was well stocked with all the amenities that we needed - including beach chairs & beach towels. This was our favorite unit so far! Our rental agent was fantastic to work with & even went out of her way to make sure our Wifi worked for us. We will definitely be back to this Condo!
