For the most part things were good. A few problems. We were told at check in that since the units weren't full we would be able to get additional parking passes at the guard gate. Not true. We had to park across the street in a gravel lot. Very dangerous highway to cross to get to our car. We allowed our kids the 2 parking passes as they had small children. There were no sheets for the sleeper beds. We were short towels. The hot tub was dirty as was the deck. No iron but it did have an ironing board. Kitchen was well stocked. Great ice maker at the mini bar. Check in day was a nightmare as was check out. On fridAy evening we went to get a cart to load our car for an early departure the next morning. No luck. Security said people had them in the units. This has to be addressed. We had to carry everything by hand. People should have to check them out for a certain amount of time with a drivers license or each unit should have its own. This would eliminate the problem. On move in day there should be elevator operators that take a full one directly to the floors needed without having to stop at every floor. This would speed up the process. Enjoyed the bar and music. Food was good at the bar. Loved the grill on the deck. The parking, transport carts and the elevators were the biggest problem. For the amount of money spent and those issues, I'm not sure we will do it again.
