- Short Term Guests: no parking on the premises - paid parking lots close to the building

★ PETS: must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays, over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): $300 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
