Spectacularly updated 1950's Palm Springs Mid-Century Modern home in the exclusive Tahquitz River Estates! Home is situated on a beautifully landscaped private rare corner lot with off street carport parking. This light filled home features an open floor plan. Kitchen has been updated and is fully furnished with all cooking utensils, small appliances, pots, pans, bake ware and bar service. The house includes a large dining/bar area which opens to a beautifully appointed living space with large windows looking out to an unobstructed magnificent view of the San Jacincto Mountains and a cozy fireplace for cool nights. The home features three private bedrooms including two well appointed Master King suites with large bathrooms, as well as an attached Casita with two twin beds. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Cook a full meal outside with the outdoor kitchen and dine under the covered patio with ceiling fan.
Lounge comfortably in the outside living area which overlooks the private large pool and spa (no overlooking neighbors.) Pool/outside access from both the kitchen area and guest bedroom and casita. No detail has been overlooked from the dark bamboo hardwood floors in the main living areas and bedrooms along with designer paint throughout the home. This home is fully furnished with everything you may need.

We highly recommend this house, very confortable beds, clean, nicely decorated, in a quite neighborhood, with a lovely yard and swimming pool. Excellent property with owner who is accessible.
This was our second time staying at this great mid-century oasis. We arrived with two friends and each had our own private space. This house is in a great mountain view spot with easy access to everything Palm Springs has to offer. Walking distance to a couple of my favorite restaurants is a great thing too! Best of all is the outdoor lounge and private pool allowing you to relax in this peaceful environment.

Simply amazing. We stayed here for Coachella 2014 and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Tom and George were accessible, reliable and great hosts. They made sure we had all the creature comforts and amenities we needed -- heated jacuzzi, wifi, extra bedding, towels, and linens. We had a group of 8 and everyone had somewhere to sleep. There were ample bathrooms and the AC works great.
We just spent 4 wonderful days in Palm Springs. Weather was perfect and our home location was in walking distance to many wonderful areas on/off Palm Canyon. Walked to the Kings Diner at the Ace Hotel twice....delicious. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and loved the salt water pool. House was comfortable and great for entertaining/visiting with friends or family. Great amenities.

The house was gorgeous, immaculately clean, and in a great neighborhood close to walking to restaurants and shopping. Everything we needed was there to enjoy the pool, yard, kitchen, etc.
We had 4 kids , ages 9 mos to 10 yrs, and everyone was happy and had plenty of space.
Owner was very helpful and available. We had no issues at all. Only a perfectly relaxing nice stay. I'd like to return for a girls' only stay with friends.
