Stepping inside the front door, you are greeted in spectacular fashion by a circular foyer with a matching custom circular settee in rich green velvet.  The perfect spot for removing shoes and dropping your bags. Next comes the aptly named great room. While offering a cozy sitting area for small gatherings and scenic views, it also boasts a formal dining area with seating for ten and a living space that exudes warmth with its stunning floor-to-ceiling stack stone gas fireplace and generous smart TV. Luxury abounds in the chef-style kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, a Jura Coffee System, a grand island with seating for three, and a bar offering additional seating for four.

Then, when it's time to take care of practical matters, you'll appreciate the spacious laundry room just off the kitchen as well as the mudroom adjacent to the heated two-car garage, complete with custom equipment lockers and benches, making entry and exit easy and convenient.

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance.  Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by Know Your Guest DBA SuperHOG to sign your Rental Agreement and complete your guest verification. The verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison.  This process is for both your and the homeowner's protection.  Please be sure to complete this important step prior to check-in, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.

3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.

4) Rental guests will have access to only the following Promontory Conservancy amenities: hiking trails, Saddleback Lake & amphitheater, tubing hill, Mountain Garden Pond & soccer field, and bocce ball park.
