It was good only thing would like to see is a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
The property looked nicer in the pictures than in person. The furnishings were dirty, worn, smelly, and stained. The master bedroom had a comforter that looked as if it was from a cheap motel. It was stained with God knows what and probably hasn't been washed in a year. When we went to sleep we were afraid bugs would crawl on us because I found a roach in the living room...during the day. Whomever cleans the condo does a horrible job. When I moved the toaster there was a dead moth under it. The bathrooms and walls were dirty. The kitchen cabinets didn't close properly and were missing knobs. The door to the washer and dryer, which is probably from the 70's, was off the hinges and tucked in corner. The place was a rip off, dirty, outdated, and disgusting. I'm a social worker and have had clients in drug-infested neighborhoods live in nicer places. The place is decorated with garage sale furnishings that are broken, chipped and stained. The only solace we found was getting up every morning and getting out of there to go sit in the beach. The proprty itself is worn down and bats hang out in the breezeways at night so beware. I would not recommend this unit to my worst enemy. The Hangout was a cool place to go with the family.
