Feel sorry for the owners of this condo!

We have rented from Meyers Real Estate before many times and have always been satisfied other than this time and the last time. When you are paying for a cleaning fee and the condo is dirty, it is very disappointing that you have to live in other peoples filth. After walking on the floor for an hour or two, our feet were black which tells me the floor had not been mopped in some time. After getting home, I gave Meyers a called, it turns out I was just complaining and should have called them while we were there to take care of the floor. When I am on a 4 day vacation, I don't feel like sitting and waiting for my condo to be cleaned when the person before me paid a cleaning fee for it to be cleaned. I let Meyers know in advance that I was concerned about the condo being dirty because of our 13 month old baby thinking that they would make sure it would be cleaned properly, I was not asking much other than that. The reason for my concern, we had rented previously another condo and found pills on the floor, also we had a bathtub to back up because the drain had not been cleaned in months, it was full of hair, gross, what concerned me about the pills is that we had a 3 year old with us at the time and they were in full view. So now because I complained about the other condo and because I complained about this condo being dirty, I was made to look as though I was just complaining for nothing. I was not looking for a discount or anything else, I wanted them to know that when a cleaning fee is paid by the previous person before me, then the condo should be cleaned properly, I should not have to deal with this or a filth condo when I am also charged a cleaning fee. When we got there, I had to clean the balcony, it was full of things, I refuse to clean anything else when I am on vacation. I feel sorry for the owners, this was the perfect place for us to rent, other than the dirty condo, everything else was great but no one should ever have to live in another person's filth. The Meyers representative said I should have called and they would have sent someone over, I told her that it ruins a person's vacation when you have to sit and wait for the maid to clean the apartment, she said we could have gone shopping, etc. while she cleaned, now why would I trust someone with my belongings while I am gone when you cannot trust them to clean an condo? Also, be very careful with the charges on your bill, I was charged for two parking places, I had 1 car! No more Meyers for!
