From this eighth-floor vacation condo, you can sit on one of two balconies and either watch the waves hit the sandy beach or enjoy the bay side view and sunsets. There is truly nothing more beautiful. Expansive windows in the master bedroom and living room overlook the pool and the beach. The second bedroom has views of the Laguna Madre Bay. The third bedroom has 2 bunkbeds and will sleep 6. With a beautifully decorated interior, stunning views, and easy beach access, your family will want to come back year after year.

The living room features tile floors, beautiful area rugs, a sectional couch and lounge chair. Look out the expansive windows onto the Gulf or step onto the balcony for a closer look of the beach and the waves. When the sun goes down, turn on the 55 inch flat screen HDTV and DVD player.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen features a smooth top stove, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, and all the high end amenities that you would expect in your own home. The kitchen is open to the living room, and the bar has seating for 5.
The second bedroom features two bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top. This spacious room will sleep 6.
Outdoor Living Spaces
A 16 foot patio spans the front of the vacation condo, while a smaller patio spans the bay side of the condo. The bayside patio contains an electric grill as well as offers a beautiful view of the Laguna Madre Bay and the spectacular sun sets. Two resort pools make it easy to take a dip, while private beach access beckons you to play in the waves. A large resort hot tub soothes your muscles and your soul after a long day.

Awesome views, plenty of space for a group, good decor, great communication with the owners. This place is sweet. I do not have one bad thing to say about it. The owners go above and beyond with their communication. You can access both Sapphire Condo amenities and adjacent The Pearl Hotel amenities so essentially you have double the pools and fun. I highly recommend.
This condo was amazing. It was clean, fully stocked with essentials, including blow dryer and iron, and wonderful quality bedding. It was uncluttered and offered a relaxing atmosphere.
The customer service we received from the owners was outstanding. They quickly answered questions and followed up during our stay. This place definitely gets a thumbs up!
This is our favorite property on SPI. It is clean, the units are amazingly nice with lots of space, and the amenities are second to none. This particular owner has been a dream to work with. We will be back for sure!!

We felt as if the beach was reserved for guests only. The views were spectacular - both the ocean and bay. Our condo comfortably accommodated 8 people in luxury.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention ... the workout room is first class & our children absolutely love the movie room.
Restaurants - we danced to live music @ Wanna Wanna on the beach; La Hacienda has great frozen margaritas & the fajita beef nachos are the best; of course Dirty Al's is a can't miss & you've got to go to Ted's Restaurant for breakfast; Gabriella's for Italian ... pizza is best item on menu.
