Enjoy this pet free and smoke free home. Smoking of course is allowed outside. Spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains from the privacy of the patio area or while lounging in the pool or spa. The patio has a natural gas BBQ with table and six chairs for your outside eating pleasure. Plastic plates and glasses are provided for the pool area. The pool is saltwater. There are lounge chairs and many beach towels for your use. The home sits on a large private lot in a great neighborhood on a quiet residential street, perfect for neighborhood walks. We expect our guest to maintain the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. This is not a party house so if that is what you are looking for please do not rent this house, thanks. The house is centrally located near downtown Palm Springs where you will find an abundance of shopping, restaurants, drugstores and grocery stores. We are not far from the Palm Springs airport which offers inexpensive, convenient rental cars. There is a two car attached garage with a washer and dryer.

This 1550 sq.foot home has been remodeled over the past few years and features a large well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances, even has a seperate wine cooler. The kitchen is fully equipped so bring your cook book and cook while you gaze out the windows towards the pool and lush gardens. The beautiful beamed ceiling living area is very comfortable with a 46 inch flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace with DVD, Stereo and CD player. Wireless internet is also provided for your laptops. The phone service comes with free long distance within the continental United States and Canada.

The sleeping quarters are at the opposite end of the living space. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and french doors that lead to the patio and pool/spa area. The master bath has a shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. The third sleeping space is an office/bedroom with a queen size bed and desk. This room is also private with a standard door opening onto the hall. Both the second bedroom and office/bedroom share the second bath across the hall. This bathroom has a walk in shower.

Contract signer must be at least 25 years of age and no children under the age of 12 years.

City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Registration Certificate # 4821.

My name is Craig Holmes and I am a native of California and was raised in Petaluma, California. I am a retired Office Equipment Dealer who was in business in Monterey, Ca. for 30 years. I have purchased this home in Palm Springs to rent to quiet adults who will be respectful towards the property and neighbors.

This home is an animal free home which is also free of smoking. Outside smoking is acceptable. The home was in great shape when purchased and has been upgraded since then and the pool has been converted to salt water.

Contract signer must be at least 25 years of age and no children under the age of 12 years.

I am not new to the short term vacation business. I have two condos on the beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico that I have managed myself for over 20 years. You may view those properties on vrbo. Contact me for numbers.

Beautiful house and views! A place to relax!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, about 2 miles from downtown. Beautiful house, well equipped with all the necessities. Private yard was incredible. You can see the sunrise through the palm trees and sunset behind the mountains while you are lounging in the spa. Short drive to Tahquitz Canyon and Tramway. One hour to Joshua Tree Nat'l Park. Craig (owner) was very prompt in answering my many emails prior to trip. Greg (Property Mgr) was very helpful. You will not be disappointed.

Pleasant stay

A very nIce place to stay. The home is pretty, clean, a relaxing pool, and a view of mountain. It's close to the downtown and the airport which can be convenient yet you'll hear jets taking off. I would stay again regardless

All we needed and more!

This house was our home for just a few days over Christmas. Part of the time, my son and his wife joined my husband and me. We were also able to make a wonderful holiday dinner for other family staying nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spacious and attractive. Closets are also spacious.Checking in and out were smooth and easy. Greg was on top of everything. All was clean and worked well.

Mountain views from the backyard were a lovely morning treat. In the area, we especially enjoyed hiking Tahquist Canyon and Indian and Murphy canyons.

We would seek out this property if we visit again.

Beautiful house!

My husband and I and another couple stayed here for Labor Day weekend and had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful, is in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to downtown. We loved laying on the rafts in the pool and sitting outside on the nice patio furniture. Thank you Craig (owner) and Greg (property manager) for making our weekend a memorable one!

pictures do not do this place justice. is walking distance to downtown and airport...well equipped house...beautiful view of mountains. Property manager Greg was very prompt with any questions and very helpful with any house issues.would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Views and a Fabulous House

This place is great! The house is really nice, the neighborhood is quiet, the views from the backyard are incredible, and the best part is the pool and patio. We bbq'd and swam the entire 3-day weekend. Downtown is only 2 miles away. Both the owner Craig and the Property Manager Greg were easy to work with, very friendly, and really made us feel at home. We will definitely stay here again!
