Live in Miami with my family... We all really enjoy coming out to the Island whenever we have the opportunity.

Joe purchased this apartment in 2002

Why Joe chose Palm Beach

I bought this apartment a number of years ago as a place to vacation with my family... I chose this location because there is no other place in the world as safe, convenient, and luxuriously comfortable as this island... This is the only place where I can leave my door open and let my kids, nieces, nephews, etc. wander about without ever having to think twice. Finding this hotel -- with all its amenities and quirky historic features -- was very much like finding a 'hidden treasure.'

After purchasing, I did a complete floor to ceiling renovation of the apartment. Hope you enjoy!

What makes this apartment unique

Walking on the beach everyday --- a ritual I savor...

Also really enjoy renting bikes from the next-door bike shop and exploring all the different nooks & crannies of the island.

And after an early-morning swim in the pool, you can't beat a morning breakfast at nearby Green's Pharmacy or the French Bakery!

Glorious week in Sunny Palm Beach

Had such a lovely stay in Joes apartment. The place was very well decorated, and joe provided everything we could have ever needed (coffee, towels, soap, beach chairs, beach blanekets). He even accommodated us with our very late checkin. Place was very clean upon arrival. Full of sunlight, very comfortable for 2, and very quiet! It was such a peaceful place. Exactly what we were hoping for on our vacation. Also like over reviews have noted, the location is simply superb! We walked everywhere and never needed the car at all. Had a wonderful week. Place was perfect. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer :)

Fantastic for family of 3! Very clean & spacious

Visited here for 3 weeks with my wife and young son. We had a fantastic time -- our trip could not have been better. We explored the island, went snorkeling, for a boat ride, and even played a bit of golf. An experience we will never forget. The place was just as Joe described it, and just like the pictures. It was very well done, very clean, and spacious. It was extremely comfortable for us 2 adults and 1 child (definitely bigger than any hotel room, and with a ton more amenities). Joe provided everything we could have needed from beach chairs / blankets, to iron/board, soap, you name it. (My wife really liked the sheets & blankets provided, and kept com1menting on how soft they were). Past that, the location was better than we could have ever expected. Everything really was in walking distance (so we barely used our car). But when we did drive, parking was easy, and there were a lot of open spaces. The place has an incredible location in the center of everything. But it was still always very quiet & serene, which was amazing to me. And it was nice just to be able to walk around and explore in the evenings. Also Joes “area guide” was a big hit with us! Before arrival he gave us a packet of recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and I think we did just about all of them! That for us helped a lot, since I didn’t need to spend any time researching or preparing. We just showed up! Thanks joe for your place and being such a great host! Please expect our call next year!

Tiny apartment, great location.

One bathroom ensuite of the bedroom. Sofabed needs new mattress. Not suitable for more than 2 people. The owner Joe was very pleasant.

That surprises me, since most of our guests actually find it more "spacious" & "comfortable" than they imagined. And it's the first time I've heard feedback like yours... However, I think all would agree that size perception is pretty relative to what we're accustomed to. Regardless, thank you so much for the follow-up call assuring me you had a wonderful stay! A great pied a terre

This is really a great pied a terre for a visit to the Palm Beach area. You can walk to just about everything you'd want to see on the island. Having the Publix across the street is a great convenience. You would never know it was a Publix though. It took us a day to find out. So don't picture yourself as across the street from a grocery store.

The unit is very nicely decorated and quite comfortable for its size. Top notch accoutrements make for a very comfortable environment. There is no view though. The windows look out upon a roof and another building across the way. If you've ever seen the movie "Rear Window" you'll know what I'm describing.

Parking is a few blocks away, but the weather is nice and walk is pleasant. Finding an open spot was never an issue.
