The Unique Benefits of this House
Geoff and I love to walk everywhere - and chose this home in Old Northeast for that reason. We walk to movies, restaurants and the many activities that downtown has to offer. We just love our location!
We stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 1/2 months(actually left yesterday). I miss it already. A very nice spot in the world of downtown St. Petersburg,a perfect location for walking, biking and most activities one might enjoy. Close to great restaurants, The Palladium Theare(from Opera to Jazz),, a multiplex movietheater, the beautiful Tampa Bay, a fabulous heated lap pool a few blocks away, wine bars, beer joints, museums. Whatever strikes your fancy.
The apartment itself is in a quiet back street with nice friendly neighbors. It was very cozy and comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Many windows let the sunshine in and good blinds kept it out when we desired. The kitchen was complete and fun to cook in. I finally found the garlic press as we were leaving (in the back of the drawer) which reconfirmed my awareness that Debby thought of everything. If only I had dug a little deeper and had had more faith. We totally enjoyed our time in our sweet apartment and thank Debby and Geoff for providing us with a lovely home for our stay in St. Petes.
This apartment is by far the best I have found in St. Pete. It's in a perfect spot. A few blocks from the bay with all the shops and restaurants. Couldn't have been in a better location. And the apartment is fantastic. Great colors. Comfortable furniture. Perfect bed. Clean. Quiet. And the owner is very responsive. I couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend it for anyone visiting St. Pete. You'll love it!
Not exaggerating: this is in the best location in Pinellas County. I wish we could live here full time. Just a block and half from the Vinoy, which meant we walked everyday to the parks along the bay AND to everything downtown.
My wife, our dog and I have relocated to St. Pete and this place was perfect for two months while we looked for a more permanent place. Debbie and Geoff are so nice. They understand and were so helpful about our unique relocating requirements.
The kitchen is better outfitted than my own! There's no dishwasher (admittedly a rare feature here), but it's not a big deal because it's so close to all the downtown restaurants. Loved the washer and dryer. We even used the extra room for another friend who spent the night. Came with much more than I expected... like a scanner/copier/printer!
Really a quality/luxury place. It helped confirm that moving to St. Pete from DC was the right answer.
Wonderfully designed and spacious apartment that offers every amenity as well as extremely comfortable and well-appointed furnishings. My husband and I wanted to be in Florida for the birth of our first grandchild and this apartment in the old North East section allowed us to be within walking distance to our son and daughter-in-law's location as well as the waterfront, shops, and restaurants of historic St. Pete. We stayed a month and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of our tree-top house! Debbie and Geoff are terrific and honored our privacy, while also being accommodating hosts. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely rent from them again!
This was a great place to stay for us while in St. Petersburg FL for 2 months. We were close to everything downtown while having easy access to the freeways. The owner provided everything we could ever need. Washer and dryer was in the unit so no trips to the laundry room or laundromat. I would definitely stay here again.
