Why we purposely focus on weekly visits: In season, we book Saturday to Saturday only. Our condo is furnished as a second home, including premium furnishings and full kitchen appliances and cookware. We are right for couples and small families desiring a comfortable extended getaway. Our condo, its furnishings and the on-site amenities are far superior to a hotel room.

We also require higher housekeeping standards (we employ our own housekeeper) and have purposely put this value in weekly stays for better booking and scheduling continuity. For those reasons, shorter-term stays are not conducive except during certain periods of the year. Even then, a 3-night minimum is required.

We have learned this delivers a much better overall experience for our guests.

Rates are quoted plus State of Florida taxes (13%).

Holiday weeks (4th of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; Christmas) require a 15% premium to listed rate.

A property damage insurance policy in lieu of a deposit will also be required. This insurance policy is $59 and covers all accidental damage. Payment may be made by credit card. The credit card processing fee will be added to total guest rental fee. Rates are based on availability and subject to change without notice.

About Jacquie and Mike

My husband and I have been married for 37+ years, have three sons and two lovely daughters-in-love, two young granddaughters! We live in metro-Atlanta and Mike is one of those rare 'native Atlantans' and I'm a native Georgian! So, vacationing in Florida has been a life-time experience for us and we love it!

We enjoy eating out, long walks on the beach, relaxing with a good book, and cooking out with family and friends. Mike works in marketing & advertising with experience with high-end resorts, and I lead a ministry training center & congregation in north metro-Atlanta. Life is full and blessed!

We love spending time at the beach, especially the beautiful sugar-sand beach along the Emerald Coast. We dreamed of having a condo on the beach for years to both enjoy and offer as a vacation rental for other families like we had enjoyed as our sons were growing up. Tidewater provides a great location, a pristine beach, great amenities, and lots of great seafood nearby.

Best Condo on the beach

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. We had 2 teenagers with us and the bunk beds worked perfect. (rooms with 2 double beds no longer work for our family). The views from the perfectly over-sized balcony are spectacular from the 11th floor. We would stay here again in a heart beat! The beach is great and having access to beach chairs was a huge plus. Another plus to this condo was having the laundry machines right in the room. We went home with most of our laundry done.

Wonderful place to stay

We are leaving in a couple of days. We have been here a month and it has been great. There was one issue (normal wear and tear)when we got here and it was taken care of right away. The condo is very nice, , everything is here, the bed is so comfortable. It is in close proximity to everything. Winn-Dixie is just down the road so we could get groceries. Pier Park is 1/2 mile walk down the beach and there is everything there from bars to shops to nail salon and movie theater. Mike and Jacque responded to our emails right away. Great place to stay will be back again. Hate to leave after a month but must head north to go home. We went to the Aaron Tippin concert and the boat show by walking down the road great location. The view is fantastic and the weather was perfect a great place to stay and relax. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Condo!!

Like other reviewers I am very surprised that this unit doesn't have more reviews, because it is something to brag about. My family has stayed at Tidewater before but this unit was by far the best. We loved the balcony on both the living room and the bedroom. Everything was beautiful and very well maintained and cleaned. Our experience with the owners was also great, they were very helpful and easy to work with. We also liked that they sent all of the condo info a week in advance. Can't wait to stay again.

I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more reviews for this wonderful condo! The location was perfect and the unit was clean and very comfortable. The fact the unit was right on the beach was the best. We were able to truly relax. And the extended balcony was an extra bonus. I was able to fix my coffee and enter the balcony via the master bedroom rather than opening the drapes and disturbing the kids in the living area. Our rental process was quick and easy and Mike and Jacquie sent us emails with information on our stay and wonderful recommendations on places to eat and activities nearby. We will definitely be back!!!

awesome place to stay!!!

The condo was very clean. Amazing views from the patio and the bedroom. ITs a lot nicer to see in person than on website. Just happens that my husband and I had a chance to met the owner(Mike & Jacquie) . They were very nice and if you have any question regarding about booking the condo, they reply very fast. overall definitely stay here again anytime.and highly recommended.
