This vacation home is designed for families who want to be close to RI's beautiful beaches while enjoying a spacious yard in which children can play. The newly renovated house is located on over 1 acre of private property in a quiet neighborhood. The house is located only one mile from the beach. The front deck entrance is handicapped accessible. The front entrance room features a high ceiling with a fan, chairs, and windows on all three sides providing a panoramic view of the property. The pristine interior has three bedrooms and can sleep 8 guests. Inside the home there are 1.5 bathrooms and large living room with two leather couches and a third couch that opens to an additional bed. The spacious kitchen has brand new applicances, granite countertops, and a large dining area. The house also features air conditioning, a washer/dryer room, cable television, and wireless internet. The outside features a patio with a table and chairs and a gas grill with a propane tank provided. Local restaraunts, convenience stores, shopping, ice cream, and a Dunkin' Donuts are located only a quarter mile from home.

This house is located very close to the most beautiful stretch of beaches in New England. The house's location away from the main road creates a feeling of privacy and seclusion. I can easily relax by sitting on the front deck or walking around the front and backyards.

What makes this house unique

I fell in love with this home because of the amount of privacy the house affords. It is highly unusual to own a beach house that is close to the water and has a large yard. This house has both the proximity to the beaches and spacious yards, in the front and back of the house.

We love this home! We come here every year for our vacation. Updated beautiful kitchen and patio make entertaining a breeze. Huge front and back yard for games and kids too play.

a great stay in a great place

Point Judith offers so much: beautiful beaches with many fine restaurants nearby. The house is truly a great place. It is large and spacious. You can walk to one of two beaches in twenty minutes. The owner, Ed, is helpful and gracious. It is close to the Port of Galilee where you can take the ferry to Block Island. We look forward to a week there every summer.

wonderful place

This is truly a beautiful place. It went way beyond our expectations. Easy access to beaches. We even were able to walk tot he beach. The owner was helpful and friendly. I would book this place again without hesitation.

Can't wait for next year!!

This beach house completely exceeded my expectations. The online pictures are beautiful but really do it no justice compared to the real thing. There was more than enough space for eight people inside the home, the yard is huge and private, and everything in the house is newly refurbished and stocked with everything you need. There is no doubt that this is the place we will be staying every year as long as it's available. The owner, Ed, is a delight. I highly recommend staying here. I'm already looking forward to next summer. Thanks Ed!
