While staying, we encountered several issues, one of which could have been a health hazzard. We had to call for maintenance THREE times regarding the same plumbing issue. While taking a shower, water literally started shooting out of the toilet in the master bath and overflowing onto the floor. Our first call to maintenance was a no show. I called again and finally had some one arrive at 930 that night, 4 hours after the first call. He came in, looked and plunged. We told him we had already plunged it, but were informed he "used a different type of plunger". Shockingly in the middle of the night the toilet over flowed again. The smell of sewage was so severe in the master we had to sleep in the living room. When maintenance came the following morning, he was very helpful and actually snaked the toilet. Afterwards, he informed us there was a partially used bar of soap in the drain of the toilet. Apparently that is a common practice of housekeeping that needs addressing because the problem could have been much worse. Our floor was never cleaned or sanitized the rest of our stay. All that sewage water just sat there on the tile. We put towels down, but it was still very unsanitary. Needless to say we left Sunday morning extremely dissatisfied with our stay. No one should have to deal with or smell sewage due to the incompetence of a maintenance man not wanting to do their job. Nor should we have to walk on towels because we can't get anyone to clean the floor after the problem was solved. We looked forward to this short getaway for several weeks and were so disappointed the whole weekend. Attempts at contacting someone after checkout have been ignored. Other issues, albeit minor, included tvs not working in any of the rooms, not being able to bring the air above 65, and not nearly enough dishes/cookware to satisfy the number of people this condo accommodates.
Carpet heavily stained with by pet urine. Couch stained and bathroom cabinets perling off due laminate. No wifi and only one tv station works. TV's are small tube style. 1/2 of elevators work, bedn using stairs allot. Unit is very loud due to proximity to Wal-Mart. This is my worse rental experience to date.
