Our Apartment Is Located Across The Street To The Beach Of S. Pedro Do Estoril.

It is just facing the sea, and it has an impressive view towards the ocean from a windowing more than 6m wide. You can experience this amazing sea view and proximity since you enter the flat! It is a typical 'beach house', nice and clear. An original mirror enclosed in one of the walls makes the living room appear visually extended and even more luminous. The railway station of S. Pedro do Estoril, in the Lisbon-Cascais line, is at a 5 min walk to the apartment, being a great plus. A little supermarket is in the back street, with fresh bread and fruits, meat and vegetables, and more than the essentials... There are nice restaurants around, and also at the seaside. Being the distance to enchanting Cascais less than 8 Km, and 25 Km to Lisbon or Sintra, turns our flat into an excellent location for who wishes to combine vacation, business, beach and tourism, staying in the vicinity of Lisbon.

                                                          Convenient location close to Lisbon

                                                          We had a very nice stay and we enjoyed being close to the train station, which provided very convenient access to both Lisbon and Estoril/Cascais. The manager is great and she gave us many useful tips about getting our way in the area. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean. Having two bathrooms is definitely a plus. We enjoyed the living room and the view of the ocean. The windows provide very good isolation from the road traffic. The only drawback is the lack of window in the small bedroom and the communication between the two bedrooms. I would definitely recommend the property to a friend/relative while mentioning the road and the small bedroom.

You are right, the small bedroom is more suitable for children, in order to stay close to their parents, through the sliding door to the main bedroom, besides its own door to the corridor. The apartment is spacious, but it is definitely better for a couple with children, or even 2 couples with children - if considering the extra possibilities for sleeping that the large saloon provides, with its double sofa bed and the 2 single beds hiding inside the false bookcase. You are very nice guests, left everything clean and perfect, and it would be a pleasure and an honor for me to welcome you, your friends or family in a near future!

                                                          Phantastische Unterkunft am Meer

                                                          wir waren zu zweit in diesem großen Appartement und haben und sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist überkomplett ausgerüstet, so dass man einfach mit seinem Koffer einziehen kann und nichts weiter braucht. Es ist auch alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der traumhafte Ausblick aufs Meer ist mega und alles was man so benötigt findet sich in fussläufiger Distanz (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bahnhof, Strand mit Duschen, Surfschule, ....). Sehr empfehlenswert!

Lisboa and Sintra are in a rayon of 25 Km with all its monuments and activities. Either by train or by car, our flat is in a very interesting location to combine tourism, beach holidays and business in the vicinity of Lisbon.
