If you are looking for the perfect downtown location for SXSW, Formula 1, Austin City Limits, UT Football weekends, and more, you have found it! Located on the corner of 4th and San Jacinto, this 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is fully furnished with everything you need for an incredible stay in the music capital of the world.

Situated less than one block from the Austin Convention Center, two blocks from the world famous 6th Street and the Warehouse District, and a handful of blocks from every other downtown attraction including hundreds of restaurants, movie theaters, bars, nightclubs, lounges, and live music venues, the location cannot be beat. The town lake walking/jogging trail is just a few blocks away, there is a yoga studio just across the street, Starbucks is 200 feet from the front door, and arrangements can be made for a temporary gym membership two blocks away during your visit, if desired.

This 1,500 square foot unit features accommodations for up to 12 guests (one king bed, three queen beds, two twin beds, and one queen sofa), central air and heat, a full sized stackable washer and dryer, a balcony, free cable television, free wireless internet access, wood burning fireplace, and plush furnishings. With granite counter tops, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, flat screen televisions mounted on the walls, and a 85' movie projector in the living room, every detail has been considered to make your stay a pleasant one.

A full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all of the tools you need to cook your favorite meals will be included, however there are so many dining options within a few blocks, you may never use it. A few nearby options include: Fleming's Steakhouse, Fogo de Chao, Piranha Sushi, Vince Young Steakhouse, Backspace, PF Changs, 200 Congress, La Condessa, Lamberts, Swift's Attic, Champions Sports Bar, Parkside, Eddie V's, The Onion, Swift's Attic, La Condessa, Trace, Lambert's, and many more...

A wet bar comes stocked with glassware, a blender, and all of the bar tools you will need to fix your favorite cocktails while visiting. Just add liquor and mixers and you are all set. The closest liquor store is 2 blocks away.

You will also receive access to free private gated parking for one car (plus a motorcycle or scooter), if you need it. Since you can walk to everything, you might consider taking the Capital Metro Airport Flyer from Austin Bergstrom International for $1.50 per person. It picks up and drops off in front of the building every 30 minutes, and will save you the hassle and expense of a rental car or taxi.

There is also an outdoor pool area, and one of the most lively neighborhoods in ATX! If you need assistance with tours, transportation services, or anything else, we are here to help.

I have always wanted to own/operate a hotel. That has been a passion of mine since I was a child. For that reason, I enjoy having guests staying in my rental properties, and I want to provide so much more than just a place to stay. My goal is to create a memorable experience for my guests.

Great location, large and spacious space and property manager was easy to work with!

This property is definitely in the middle of everything. We were within walking distance from so many restaurants and bars. We had 8 people and had plenty of space. The property manager was very easy to work with and very responsive. He was even willing to work with us on our check out time. I would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome location.

The best part of this rental was the location. Right in the middle of everything!!!

Pool - sucks!! Not even in the same building.

Building and condo - adequately clean. Not up to my standards. They need to get rid of the "love sac". Eewwww!! Can't imagine what is on that.

Wifi was in and out the entire trip. So if you need to do work, go acrossed the street to Starbucks

We did enjoy hosting you and your group, and I feel badly that I am just now finding out that you were not entirely satisfied with your experience. That is never our goal, and I will reach out to you directly to discuss and see if we can remedy the situation. I am surprised you didn't enjoy the pool. I personally really like it, and find it to be quaint and fun during certain times of the day. On the "Love Sac", that is actually the brand name of the company in Australia that makes, sofas, furniture, and bean bag chairs. I am sorry you felt like it was gross, but as you mentioned, everything was clean. I think the name just turned you off, as I also questioned the name until I visited their showroom and saw the cool furniture. The large sofa in the living room was actually made by the same company. Bottom line, I want to make this right however I can and I look forward to speaking with you. Sorry for the delayed reply as I just got back in town and saw this. Sincerely, Ryan

Great spot for a bachelorette party

Our group loved this spot for a bachelorette party! The building is right downtown, super convenient for the majority of things we wanted to do. The common spaces were cozy for a large group, but was totally fine for us since we were in and out quite a bit. Ryan and Thomas were super responsive and very accommodating with a special circumstance we had, plus allowed for a late checkout. Would definitely recommend this unit or one in the building!

Nice place to stay

Pros:

Location - minutes from 6th and centrally located making cabs/ubers/lyfts easy to grab

Management - my group was never bothered or hassled, and Thomas (our contact) is available via text which is convenient

Misc - Fridge already had some beer in it, nice touch. The place was also very clean. Thomas accommodated an early check-in without hesitantation and briefly greeted us at the door upon arrival before letting us be to enjoy the city.

Cons:

Bathrooms - surprised to find there were no fans for air circulation. Austin has plenty of beer and amazing food to satisfy, but ventilation becomes necessary, enough said. Because this can't be easily fixed or added in the rental likely, I suggest air freshener to other guests.

Entertainment system - I kind of expected it to be easier, but with no prior knowledge of the equipment or how to operate it, I would suggest a little instruction sheet. Our group was able to play music, but never got acceptable TV capability from the projector (ESPN not available on that cable box?). We also brought our own aux cable for iPod hookup, but would suggest considering an iPod dock which could be easily plugged into the receiver.

I would consider shopping around at other properties if I visited Austin again, but the location and my experience with the management would encourage me back.
