Welcome to the Emerald of St. Augustine! Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Located in the funky West King neighborhood, only ~2 miles from the heart of the "Ancient City" and 4.5 miles to the beach. Enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fully-fenced in back yard with fire pit, prepare meals in the fully equipped and updated kitchen, or play games while enjoying the upscale decor. Dog friendly home. It’s a quick car ride to all of the adventures St. Augustine has to offer!

Amazing stay in St. Augustine

This property is very well renovated, decorated and stocked! The thoughtful touches all over the property were the best we've seen from a short-term rental. Beds comfortable. It was just what we needed for a few nights as a family in St. Augustine! Large, completely fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Warning: if it rains, backyard quite muddy and full of little burrs. You'll be picking them out if you have a longer haired dog. Bring supplies to wipe paws and brush/get them out. Very clean upon arrival (floors SPOTLESS) but noticed it could used a deep cleaning once we'd been there 24-36 hours. Opened windows second day-blinds very dusty and window seals full of dead bugs/dirt. Baseboards quite dirty. Notified property manager and she assured us cleaning crew would address before next guests. Property manager: Kellin was SOOOO responsive-almost instantly-from the moment we booked! WOW!! Best experience yet with a short-term rental. Location: West St. Augustine is adorable but some pockets are well worn and seems slightly sketchy from perspective of visitors. However, neighbors in this area (walked dog daily) were so friendly and felt very safe. It's about a 10-12 min drive (not walkable) from historic/downtown. Could ride bikes but area with no sidewalks. Parking downtown a nightmare. We ended up Ubering a few times for almost the same cost as parking. Check out shops and food in West St. Augustine area! ADORABLE and delicious. LOVELY stay; highly recommend
