Beautiful and Peaceful House

  • 5 of 5

We rented this house a few days prior to leaving Seattle on a cruise to Alaska. Two couples joined us. The house was PERFECT! We all wanted to stay longer. Each couple had their privacy with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and gathering areas were spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed daily walks along the sound and up and down many hills (great exercise). The Magnolia village stores and restaurants were close and convenient, and downtown Seattle was a short drive away. We were able to see Mt. Ranier, the sound, and snow capped mountains from our bedroom balcony, and the space needle from the rear balcony. We are from the east coast and especially enjoyed the fresh air sans humidity!

Perfect Homebase

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 4 were visiting Seattle for the 1st time. This house was PERFECT! We LOVED walking down the hill to the many good restaurants, coffee shops & for frozen yogurt. It's easy to get downtown from the house. We also did many day trips to Mt. Rainier and beyond. The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen well equipped. Monica was extremely responsive and helpful with local intel too. Great Home!!

Didn't want to leave!

  • 5 of 5

This house was perfect for our multi-family week in Seattle. 6 adults and 3 children were quite comfortable in this gorgeous Magnolia home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a family meal every night, including a gas grill outside. Monica (the manager) responded to all requests and concerns in a timely manner. The views...incredible! The laundry room was well stocked with clean towels, and fresh linens were available. We were worried about the house feeling too "small" for 3 families, but the house is so well situated and spacious, that we could have all lived there forever ;) And that's saying a lot for a person who likes privacy and space!

Some things to consider:

There are loft areas, and some windows don't have screens, so if you have small children this may be a concern.

You will need a car, as Seattle Center is a 10-15 minute drive away in traffic.

You are not really walking distance from anything because Magnolia is hilly (thus the wonderful views).

This house is absolutely worth every cent we paid!

Seattle Vacation with Family

  • 5 of 5

This home was perfect for our family! The property is beautiful within and without. The views of Elliott Bay and downtown Seattle were amazing. The location was exceptional. It was 10 minutes from downtown, but removed enough and in a great neighborhood for relaxation at the end of the day. The house is even lovelier and roomier than the pictures portray. Our contact with the property manager, Monica, was one of the best parts. Monica made the process of renting very easy. She was easily contacted by phone and email. She went the extra mile by mailing us our 2 year-old son's security blanket that was unfortunately left behind. We would stay here again without reservation.

Beautiful

  • 5 of 5

We were in Seattle to visit my daughter and her family, we looked at alot of rental homes and found this to be the best fit for our family. When we arrived we were taken back by how "beautiful" the home was. The views are absolutely AMAZING. It's very close to downtown area. It was so comfortable and just like being home with al lthe ammenities. We all agreed this was so much better than staying in a hotel. It was very clean and well kept. The process was so easy and they made us feel so at ease with the entire process. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience for us.
