I am a Pacific Northwest native who was born and raised in Seattle. I recently retired from Government service as a project manager who worked with youth and families. I am now enjoying my retirement. I love travelling and meeting people from all over the world. This is why I love renting my house this way. I get to meet many wonderful people as both a customers and rental owner when we travel ourselves.

The property was comfortable and clean. there was plenty of room for our party of 8. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal or just have a cup of coffee. Most of our party did not spend a lot of time there because of a convention but overall no complaints.
Wonderful. Pat's place was exactly what we needed! When the rest of our group arrived we were very comfortable. The 36 bus was great, next time we come I don't think any of us will bring vehicles. I really liked how Pat neutralized the house so we didn't feel like intruders all weekend, we have used vrbo a lot and sometimes get all the decorations and family pics etc that don't really let you relax.
Thanks for the clean, comfortable and functional accommodation Pat
Enjoyed our stay at Patricia's Beacon Hill home. Traveled with 2 other couples- plenty of space, very comfortable and clean. Short walk to the bus stop and quick ride to downtown. Patricia was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Patricia was easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. She was there to get us in and settled. The house was nice and the bedrooms met our needs. We had our 2 year old granddaughter with our son and daughter-in-law use the downstairs bedroom/bathroom which worked out great as everybody else could be upstairs and visit when our granddaughter's bedtime came. We had 10 family members share the house although one couple slept outside in their trailer so we had enough room for 8 adults and one child inside. I think you could probably squeeze another two or so people in the house though without too much trouble.
The kitchen worked well for the few meals we prepared. The roads in the neighborhood are a little narrow so if you have a large vehicle be prepared to drive carefully. We parked a boat on a trailer in front of the house and that worked OK but I just mention the narrowness as a caution.
Patricia was a good host and left us to our own unless we asked for help then she responded well. The property was clean and well maintained.
Thanks for the good place to stay while we enjoyed Seattle.
