About Marvin Albright
We love the water and everything to do with it. Family is our top priority and we have been revitalizing this property to make your families stay not only fun and comfortable but an unforgetable experience that will make you look forward to returning year after year.
Marvin Albright purchased this House in 2014
Why Marvin Albright chose Palm Harbor
Kokomo is a Texas tropical inspired get away from it all. This property is great for family or group gathering's. There is plenty of room to play together and space to separate for some quiet time. Sitting or swimming on the bay side with the breeze cooling your sun warmed skin creates a tranquil environment you can loose yourself in. An eight person hot tub is located next to the one of a kind patio with a fire pit and 3 two person porch swings. You can also lounge on the ICW watching the boat & barge traffic. Some days the water is clear enough to watch the fish and sting rays swimming up to the bulk head; what a super site to see. Although the kids will love when a dolphin swims by, they do scare the fish away that people are trying to catch. Enjoy the soft breeze at night in the hot tub overlooking Estes Flats. When the moon is full and shining across the bay, it is spectacular; worth planning a stay during a full moon.
What makes this House unique
Bring your boat, kayak's, personal watercraft and other water transportation. The bay is just around the corner from the dock and the ramp is north about two miles at Cove Harbor.

A fabulous stay!!
Our family had our annual reunion here and all enjoyed themselves. Caught a few keepers out by the fish cleaning area. It was a war between the young ones on how many perch they could bring in. But caught trout and a small red. The house met (and exceeded) our expectations. Want to stay there again.....
We are so glad you had a good stay. Also a little jealous you caught a few keepers, it's been awhile since we've had one of those. We also look forward to hosting you & your family in the future
Great Time with the men from church
Thank you once again...we had a great time and look forward in returning next year...The "Men of Valor" from Faith Worship Church in San Antonio Texas...Would like to thank you for your vacation home..

Definitely enjoyed the house - we had some trouble with the hot tub heating, but were able to figure it out by the second day. Plenty of space - we had a group of 13+2 kids. I would definitely recommend this to others. We plan on using the house again ourselves as well.
Great family gathering spot!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! This was a perfect spot for the birthday boy. A fisherman's dream!
Happy Birthday to your son. We hope you caught some fish during your stay as well. Of course the day after you leave they came by and completed the little things left for the pool to be as automatic as possible. We hope we can serve you in the future and the next time the pool will be ready for you.
Also thank you for taking such good care of our home.
Impressive But Not Perfect
The owners impressed me with their willingness to make everything perfect, but I guess the previous guests didn't have time to bring up the shortcomings with the owners. I expect that my list of small annoyances will probably surprise them. I predict that they will try hard to follow up on what I'll tell them.
Your list was very helpful. We have different people available to fix things that come up. Without notification, we can't have it fixed. I truly appreciate your letting me know. All things were taken care of before the next group checked in. Renters like you help me maintain a quality experience. Thank you. By the way, we are fortunate that Hurricane Harveys visit spared our home, but took out many homes in our neighborhood.
One of a kind!
Beautiful home! This home has everything you could ever need, everything! First clue--Walked in to the smell of fresh baked cookies waiting for us. Every utensil you could ever need, every size of pot, of pans, gorgeous decor, and the list goes on!
