First most important we do not use the calender on this website we use our management company at Bayshore so please contact them. You will never know from the Home Away calender if the unit is available. The phone numbers are at the end of of this description. When you contact the owner on this site you'll be contacting Bayshore directly and I am notified at the same time. We look forward to hearing from you.
This Provincetown Studio has a classic Cape Cod feel to it, Over the winter we have just remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops, appliances and new floors which we did in the bathroom as well.
The main room has has exposed white washed brick, beamed ceilings, driftwood accents and mood lighting. This is a basement unit which means it has a lower ceiling height its maybe 7 feet at the highest.
Amenities include a queen size bed with spa style lines, a full size sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, cable, 32 flat screen TV, DVD player, WIFI, tub/shower, air conditioning and limited maid service. We have parking for one car it's located on Bang street which is just around the corner.
The unit has a private entrance with its own courtyard/patio with perennials.
Please note the location of the building in which the condo is situated. We are across the street from Bayshore's private beach. We do not have a water view, but what we do have is the most reasonable rate at Bayshore, with all the amenities.
There are some choice weeks left.

We have always loved Provincetown. Have been coming here all our adult lives. When we had the chance to purchase a small unit at Bayshore we did it ..Bayshore is known around town as a property that is well run and respected.
We love the fact that our unit is private and has beach access. We have friends who have much larger homes and condos in Ptown but we are the ones with the beach .We have always had fun hosting bay side beach cocktail parties at sunset... the sun as it sets behind you makes the bay even more beautiful...
Great location close to a private beach, restaurants, art galleries. There are convenience stores the East End Market featuring PB French bakery Bread. and Angel Foods across the street from PAAM. Check out Provincetown.org to find out what events are going on during your stay.

Check-in time is 3 PM or later; check-out time is no later than 10 AM. Dogs are allowed with advance permission only, there is a $15.00 per night charge. In season weeks run from Saturday at 3:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM. Rates include linens and limited maid service.

Rates quoted are for 2 or 4 persons. 50% deposit required on all reservations. Deposits are refunded only if cancellation is received well ahead of arrival date and if we fully re-rent. there is a 10% service charge on re-rentals to cover phone calls, time, etc.
