This property is walking distance to everything. It is a quick five minute walk up the street to the Village (wonderful shopping, entertainment and dining) and other restaurants. It is a quick five minute stroll down the street to more shopping, John’s Pizza, Schats Bakery, The Outlet stores, Slocums and Footloose. Walk across the street to the free shuttle and the first stop is the Village and the slopes!
Welcome to our home. A beautiful mountainside retreat with European flair awaits you. Newly constructed, this 2,000 square foot home is well cared for and loved. Personal touches are many and the mood of the house is extremely inviting. It is spacious and open and as a detached end unit has incredible natural light.
This home is furnished with European antiques and accents making it one-of-a-kind. It equipped to have every electronic and entertainment device for your enjoyment. Special and unexpected luxuries have been added including a Breville espresso machine to get your daily adventures started.

The house has three bedrooms plus a loft and two full baths. An upstairs oversized master suite with king bed, TV, IPOD docking station and balcony. You will appreciate the large, dual-sinked bathroom with separate shower stall and jetted whirlpool tub.
The guest room downstairs has a comfortable queen bed with wall mounted flat screen TV and an IPOD docking station.
Double bunk twin beds are found in the third bedroom with books and games for kids of all ages to enjoy.
The loft has a pullout daybed that sleeps two as well as a flat screen TV with DVD player and now an X-BOX 360 too! Perfect for a couple wanting to have some alone time or better yet, as a fun place for the kids to congregate at night.
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes everything needed to make great meals, not to mention three stocked candy counter jars to make our guests feel welcomed. And if that doesn't do it, there's a wine rack stocked with 2-buck Chuck at your disposal if you forgot yours. As for the dining table, it seats up to ten adults comfortably with the help of a impressive, antique German bench.
The family room has a queen pullout couch with a surround sound theater, IPOD docking station, and DVD player as well. There are splashes of color and whimsy throughout the home and a gas fireplace helps to complete the ambiance. Tons of light and beautiful high ceilings make you happy to wake up in this special mountainside home. A private two car garage with space to store all of your adventure equipment makes life easy for all. What more could you ask for?

We have made this our home away from home. We love it and hope you will as well. It has luxuries no property available to rent has. If you like entertainment, it has it all, comfort, it has it all (the leather recliner is unreal), style, it is classy (this is an opinion we hope you will share)...

Great location and very cozy!
Loved our stay here. The condo had everything you need to relax and enjoy your surrounding. It was only 4 of us but there is so much room to bring more friends and family and still feel comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. My husband wants me to add that the knives are very sharp and great quality for cooking and cutting. Everything in the kitchen was top quality and nothing was forgotten! Thank you!
Best Mammoth Trip Thus Far
Besides having gone a perfect powder week... it snowed 3 of the 5 days we were there!! This house was spectacular! Very spacious and plenty of room for our party of 10. Michelle has been great to work with. Super accommodating and responds quickly to any questions that I had. Having 2 garages was really a treat to have... we had a 'snow' week so needless to say, we didn't brave getting onto the shuttle but drove to Canyon Lodge every day... it was easy with the garage access. :) I loved the fact that the dinning room table was big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together. Bathrooms were plenty big and clean. Rooms were also very spacious and inviting. Having all the "gadgets" in the house made if feel like home. This place is centrally located and very close to the village, dining and Vons. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place! We look forward to booking again soon. :)
Perfect for a family trip!
Had a great experience with my family and my sister in laws fanily. Very well equipped, well beyond what I would expect. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property. Short walk to village and the gondola to canyon lodge.
Wonderful Unique Spacious and Cozy
So glad we chose The Bentlets fabulous place for our vacay to Mammoth over a cookie cutter hotel. We felt revived and relaxed after a day on the slopes. Comfy beds and every detail thought of. Very Central too, a 1 min walk to the bus up to The Lodge or Town . Absolutely perfect for a family wanting to recharge and relax without being cramped. The Bentlers were wonderful hosts !

The house is beautifully furnished and perfectly clean. The minute we walked in the door we were so delighted by all the beautiful antique furniture that goes perfectly in the house. The Persian rugs and the unique lighting fixtures really add a warm cozy feel to the home. The beds and the bedding are high end and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The location of the house is perfect. It is less than a five minute walk to The Village. The Bentler’s make everything very easy and go out of their way to make it a memorable experience. They even have wine and candy out for you to enjoy. We are looking forward to our next stay in this lovely special home.
Mammoth Lakes is amazing. When we bought this property March of 2011, everyone told us you buy for the winter but stay for the summer. So true, except we stay for the winter too!
This property is located perfectly. We usually park the car in the closed garage and don't take it out until we are ready to leave. Walk across the street to the shuttle to the slopes (first stop 2 minutes up the street), 5 minute walk to the village to shops, restaurants, bars, etc., or down Main Street to John' s Pizza, Perry's Italian Restaurant, Slocums, Base Camp, Schat's Bakery, etc.
So many properties in Mammoth are 70's construction. This is new, 2006, modern, clean, high-ceiling open construction. It is a treasure in Mammoth. At 2,000 squre feet of living space, you will have all the room to enjoy yourselves.
This property has all been redone in the past year. All new electronics, TV's, linens, everything, including an Apple MacBook up there for your convenience.
Reasons to go to Mammoth:
Winter - Some of the best skiing/boarding in the world! Snowmobile rentals, Sledding and tubing.. All walking distance from this home!
Summer - Mountain biking from the 11,054 elevation to the bottom! fishing at dozens of lakes and streams, tubing down the Owen's River, 45 minute drive to the entrance of Yosimite, hour to Bodie ghost town, music festivals, etc.
