I rented this unit for a family vacation in August 2014. We had 5 adults and two children, but it was still comfortable and a really great location. Loved being able to just walk down to the beach whenever we felt like it. There was also a small pool which my niece enjoyed. One of the bedrooms did not have a TV, but that was okay. Having 2 and 1/2 bathrooms was definitely a plus for our large group. The cleaning crew could have done a better job though. Nothing really egregious; just a lot of crumbs found in crevices of the sofa bed when we pulled it out to use it. Oh, and the laundry room was full of sand. Seems the cleaning crew doesn't bother to check there either. Otherwise, everything seemed pretty clean. Oh, we had to provide our own linen, but we knew that upfront so it wasn't a problem. The only other issue was parking. I had family members driving in from different states so I needed more than the two spaces that came with the unit, but Booe Realty was really great in helping me out. They were able to provide us with parking permits for other unoccupied units within walking distance of our rented unit and I felt pretty safe walking to and from the remote parking areas. I would definitely recommend.
Loved the proximity to the beach with this condo. This is the second year we have stayed in the Shore Drive area and love it! With the exception of the the master bath shower door the condo was very clean (realty company was quick to send someone out to fix that). There were five of us and the space this condo offered was great for us. I did wish there had been a tv in the third bedroom. The reason I gave gave it four stars is because the silicone needs to be replaced in the master bath shower ( there is mold behind it and will need to be stripped in order to clean it ) and some of the paint in places on the cabinet doors needs to be touched up. We did have a hard time finding the washer and dryer but they are located in an outside closet which worked out great because the dryer didn't heat up the condo. Great place to stay!
