This place while somewhat surface clean was just a notch above a flea Motel! Appliances were very old and horrible to cook for my family with. The pots and pans left for use were for a ONE person who likes to microwave. The bathrooms were disgusting if you happen to look behind the doors or the rust covered medicine cabinets. The carpeting was disgusting and looked to me there for 20 years. The mattresses on the beds could not have cost more than $20.00 and horrible to sleep on. The furniture while beachy looking was very old. We set a bag on teh coffee table that was about 5 pounds and the glass shattered...Which mind you I will now have to pay to replace. Then you had the Realty Company to deal with that was less than professional to say the least. While talking with them they contradicted everything they said. While I have stayed at A Place at the Beach III condos for over 30 years I have to say after this experience I will be looking elsewhere to spend my money.
