Beautiful and clean home

  • 5 of 5

We had a great experience with the owner and rental in general. We were on the island for a weekend to attend a wedding and felt this house was the perfect fit for our needs. It was so clean and comfortable, we truly felt like we were at home. We will definitely contact the owner of this home again if we come back out in the future.

Nice relaxed condo

  • 5 of 5

The house was a fantastic location. Quiet road. Not far from the water, great for early am walk. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was VERY CLEAN. The kitchen was very well equipped. Had a porch on front and back. We used the back porch in the evening. Beds were very comfortable with many pillows. It had the necessary soap for cleaning. I've done many VRBO and this was one of the nicest I've been in.

A clean, like new home and great location

  • 5 of 5

Nice home, with three bedrooms, two king upstairs and two twins down. Nice size kitchen with everything I could think of. Also big dining room. The two bathrooms, one up, are very adequate. Room for two cars to park easy in front very quite area. Nice deck. Has gas gas grill. (Did not use) Location was great for us. We put our car on the ferry as recommended.. Make sure you get a reservation for Steamship Authority months before or you may miss your important event. The sooner the better. It was the best way to travel on the island. House is less than two miles from Edgartown. Bikes work great also so bring with if can. Traveling to the west end (Chilmark, etc) was great and fantastic views. Walk down to ocean to see beautiful colored cliffs. Take a swim.

Edgartown is busy so go early if driving as parking is minimal. Have breakfast at Among the Flowers rest. After 9:30am get in lineReasonably priced and great food. Then walk the village shops. Most open at 10 am. Also see the many captains homes.

Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven are also a must see. Great food at Art Cliffs diner in V. Haven.

The owner of this rental was very quick to respond to questions, payment receipts, deposits and refunds. Also helpful with questions regarding our stay at M Vineyard.

Hope we can return again. September is a great time of year for the Vineyards.

Great House in a Nice Location

  • 4 of 5

We were two couples who stayed at this house for 4 nights, to attend a wedding in Martha's Vineyard. Steve was very responsive to all of our inquiries and questions. The house was very nice and well-equipped, and it was in a good "base location" to go into Edgartown or elsewhere on the island. Plenty of bike and walking trails right down the road from the house. It was actually less expensive for the 4 of us to share a house than pay for individual rooms at a hotel in Edgartown, and it was nice having a kitchen and plenty of room to relax.

Paradise in Edgartown

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from 2 weeks in this wonderful home in Edgartown and already booked our return for next year. Truly one of the best vacations we have ever taken. Everything looked exactly as pictured. We felt like we were in our own comfortable home on the Vineyard. Location is amazing so close to both Bend in the Road/State Beach and South Beach as well as down town Edgartown and easy to get to anywhere else you want to get to. The Boulevard at the end of the street was a great place to walk every morning with views across the pond to the beach. We loved the outdoor shower, so refreshing after a day at the beach. All of the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and an assortment of pillows. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. Both bathrooms were spacious. Loved the living room with 2 comfortable couches and a great wide screen TV. The dining room table was great for working on puzzles. We loved sitting on the front porch with a cocktail after coming home from the beach.

There are beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella and beach towels as well as all the linens you need. We also appreciated having WiFi. Steve and Luisa are wonderful to deal with.

Great House in a Great Location

  • 5 of 5

Our family of four had a wonderful vacation staying in this house. The house itself is so clean and has all the amenities that you could want including linens, beach chairs, and central air. It is in a great location near everything (downtown, beaches, bike path). Steve was great at communicating to us everything we needed to know including some restaurant recommendations. We are planning on returning next year!
