Great house! Perfect for our family of 6

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed a lovely weekend with 2 parents, 2 kids and 2 grandparents. The house was perfect for us. We loved having a full kitchen and even enjoyed some lovely time eating on the deck in the rare warm April sun. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and we enjoyed having 2 indoor dining tables (one was strictly for games and puzzles, some of which were provided... but beware of a few missing puzzle pieces :) )

  • 5 of 5

We came off season to celebrate the new year. The house was clean , spacious with a great layout, cozy, and had a great selection of games. The location was perfect with great access to Edgartown. Beautiful area if you like to walk/run /bike. our stay was perfect and the owner was great to do business with.

Great place!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I and our four adult children enjoyed a wonderful few days at this cottage. It is clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. An unexpected bonus was being able to run along the pond to a nearby forest preserve for our daily jogs.

Great location and great house!

  • 5 of 5

Our family, with two young kids, had a really nice stay before Thanksgiving. The house was clean and well stocked. We were particularly glad to find a large pot and tools for lobsters. We loved the proximity to Felix Neck and Edgartown. The fireplace was a cozy addition on the cool evenings. Couldn't have had a better stay, thank you!

Excellent property

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I have literally just returned home from a really nice 5 night off-season stay at the Gaudinos' property located about 1.5 miles from downtown Edgartown, MA. We arrived on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, and stayed until Monday.

We were able to get our reservation for such a great price, especially compared to the local B&B off-season market prices. We had the whole house to ourselves instead of one room. We were able to take our food supplies and cooked our own Thanksgiving dinner as well as two additional dinners (steaks on the gas grill too!) which also was a cost savings. (There are also very few restaurants open during this time as we found out on Saturday searching for a place to eat - finally finding one that was open with an acceptable menu after about 12 failed telephone calls.). The house was VERY clean and contained all of the supplies, linens, board games, and TVs a family could hope to find. The gas fireplace was in use every minute we were at the property.

Steve was easy both to work with and communicate with while on site. There is a biking/walking path about a quarter mile from the house which goes all the way to Edgartown as well as Oak Bluffs and (most of the way) to Vineyard Haven. The Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary is close by as well with their quiet nature hiking trails. Lastly, the house is in a great location being just a few minutes from Edgartown and just a few minutes longer to VH.

Our next visit to MV will most definitely include checking the dates of availability for this Gaudino property.

Thank you!!

Great location; neat & clean.

  • 5 of 5

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property. The house is very well organized and clean. The owner, Stephen Gaudino, is very responsive to both questions about the property as well as the surrounding area; a real customer service Plus. I had never been to Martha's Vineyard previously and Stephen's responsiveness to all my questions was very reassuring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to the Vineyard.
