These are standard check -in /out times all throughout Whistler. A secured locked storage room on ground floor lobby area is provided for Skis, Boards, & Bikes. These items are NOT allowed in the units. Anyone bringing these items up into the
building hallways or inside condo may forfeit their damage deposit!
PLEASE NOTE: Rental bookings will not be accepted from anyone under the age of 25. Guest renting the property must be over 25 years of age and on the property during the term of the agreement. Local agent may request valid ID to confirm age and if Guest renting the property is less than 25 years of age, he/she will be asked to leave with no refund of rent. Guest must be present at all times if there are visitors on the property less than 25 years of age.
