Ski in/ski out access to Blackcomb Mountain lifts and are within walking distance to village shops, restaurants, golf and World Class Spa's at the Chateau Whistler and Four Seasons. The area is quiet and private, away from the noise of the main Village. We are located on the first floor of the building close to the year round shared hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool!! Our unit backs onto a green space with a peaceful forest view adding to your privacy. During the warmer months enjoy our large outdoor patio. Ideal for those guests who wish to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough to walk to all amenities Whistler has to offer. The village shuttle bus stops right outside our building. Unit is 'keyless' so you will receive an access code - no need to 'check in' or 'check out' in person. Enjoy free wireless internet and parking. Large queen size bed and queen size sofabed in living room. Why stay in a small hotel or lodge room when you can enjoy all the comforts of home for less. I provide FREE PARKING for one vehicle. Most places in Whistler charge $15- 20 per day for parking.
These are standard check -in /out times all throughout Whistler. A secured locked storage room on ground floor lobby area is provided for Skis, Boards, & Bikes. These items are NOT allowed in the units. Anyone bringing these items up into the
building hallways or inside condo may forfeit their damage deposit!
PLEASE NOTE: Rental bookings will not be accepted from anyone under the age of 25. Guest renting the property must be over 25 years of age and on the property during the term of the agreement. Local agent may request valid ID to confirm age and if Guest renting the property is less than 25 years of age, he/she will be asked to leave with no refund of rent. Guest must be present at all times if there are visitors on the property less than 25 years of age.
The condo is remarkably confortable, with a nice fully equipped contemporary kitchen. Dual temperature control in the bedroom and living room which has a gas fireplace for a nice cozy evening! I was pleasantly surprised about the free bus (numb 5) that runs to and from the village until 1am. However, a lovely pathway lined with trees is across the street, and will take you to the village within a 10 to 15 min walk. This condo exceeded my expectation, and I would most definitely consider it for the next time I am in Whistler.
Everything was wonderful! Perfect location (short walk to the main village, and 5min walk to the chairlift). Very clean and a perfect size. We had a great stay and will definitely try and come back!
George has done a great job with decorating his comfortable condo. It is in a beautiful mountainside setting with a nice porch to see the view.
The modern kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare your meals. We found the bedroom to be adequate for our needs with a nice queen bed and tv. The living area is spacious with a fireplace and big screen tv. One good feature is that indoor parking does not cost additional. Altogether, it is a lovely place and we would be glad to return in the future.
I went to Whistler by myself for a birthday celebration and this was the perfect spot. Loved sitting on the ground floor patio and looking out at the green space with shrubs and trees...trail across from the condo that provides an easy walk to the Upper Village and good restaurants...condo was clean and well appointed.
From the very start of our search George was an excellent communicator and very honourable owner. We enquired about renting the condo and even though we had requested dates at one rat.e no-one had realised that Easter was early this year, George honoured the advertised rate, unlike many others on other sites like AirBNB and on this site. We had excellent check-in/out information, having stayed many times in Whistler this was definitely one of the easiest check-in/out. The condo was beautifully equipped and everything went like a dream, as always the holiday went too quick, but we enjoyed our stay very much. If you book, you will not be disappointed, the condo was spotless upon arrival nice kitchen, furniture (bedroom and living space) was comfortable, nice and quiet, the pool does not operate in the winter and the communal hot tub is in need of repair, but they are outside George's control.

Unit is "keyless" and lessee will be provided with access code to digital door lock at least 7 days prior to arrival. SKIS/BOARDS/BIKES must be stored in locked storage room inside main entrance of building. These items are NOT allowed inside condo
