I am a Product Designer working in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the Philippines. I design Home décor, garden and Seasonal items for big box stores in the USA. I travel a lot and that makes my home in Colorado available for others to use. I really enjoy what I do.
Jessica purchased this condo in 2010
This property is the perfect property for me. I redecorated it based on five star hotels that I have stayed in. I took pictures of details I liked in the hotels and tried to capture some of the quality and style of these places. Then I added items that I have collected from all over the world as accent pieces. You can see items from China, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
Since this is my home in the US, it is outfitted with everything you could need in a home. Most rentals are decorated with second hand furnishings and leftover kitchen supplies. Mine are what I use, and I try to buy good quality items that match the décor. I love the location of the property, it's centrally located in town, it's quiet and in a family neighborhood. There's plenty of parking and a big park next door.
It was a good location, and all that it said. My only concern was the cable on the TV. I miised many starts of swimming and track and field (Olympics) due to it pausing (guessing there are too many users on the site.)
I will look inot this again. thank you.
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights the last week of July on our visit to Fort Collins. The property worked out great for us. The kitchen was well appointed and though we generally ate out, it had everything we needed for a couple of quick breakfasts. The bathroom was similarly very nicely done and well appointed. Per my kids, the sofa bed was maybe the most comfortable they have ever slept on. The regular bed was quite comfortable as well.
My kids enjoyed the pool for some quick dips during the afternoon. Having a washer and dryer in the property was a great benefit after using our beach towels at the pool and after whitewater rafting.
We had no issues with noise from other properties or garage doors below. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so there was very little street noise.
Overall had a great stay with no issues. Both check in and check out was a breeze.
We had a very nice stay at the Carriage House. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed and sofa bed are both very comfortable.
The humidifier is a definite plus. Jessica, the property manager, was very accommodating and easy to contact.
Probably one of the nicest places we've stayed. We would definitely it.
As described, the property is nicely furnished. A good location. We had issues with the following:
Garage under unit is operated at all times of day and night and no sound insulation means you know whenever the overhead door immediately below the bedroom is opened or closed. likely not a big deal, just a little anoying.
no ice or snow clearing service to the parking lot which you must use to access the unit. Ice was on pavement all of the duration of our stay of 12 nights.
Windows are not air tight and when wind blows unit is a bit of corn crib in the cold. Base Board heat does not keep up when temps drop into single digits.
Staples left over by prior guests were not thrown out, so it was handy to have spices, sugar, coffee, fitlers, food wrap, ziplock bags to make cooking that much more convenient. Unit is very small and biggest single improvement in kitchen would be a cooking vent that pulled cook top fumes out of the house.
The place is very comfortable, nicely decorated and conveniently located. It was perfect for what I needed.
My wife and I stayed in Fort Colin's for the month of October. We were looking for a quiet, clean comfortable place to stay. This place was perfect. Close to town and the University, very quiet. There was never any noise and the owner and his manager was wonderful. We looked at several places, this was perfect. Everything is first class. We will stay here again on our next stay
