Location -The Waters is located very centrally in Kiama with local shops, cafes and restaurants only a ten minute walk from the house. Surf Beach and Kendall's Beach are also only a five minute drive away.

Configuration - The Waters is a two storey, three bedroom town house.Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one queen room with walk-in robe, flat screen TV, and portable air-con unit. The other two bedrooms have tri - bunks (double below, single above).Also on this level are two bathrooms, one is an ensuite to the queen room with shower, vanity and toilet, and the main bathroom with spa bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.
Downstairs is the combined living/dining and kitchen space.The kitchen is modern and well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and double door fridge. The dining table has seating for eight and the lounge area has sofas to seat six, a PS3 and games, Wii and games, flatscreen TV and DVD player, and a selection of books and DVDs. There is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Outdoors - Fully fenced paved courtyard with dining table to seat six and gas BBQ.
Heating and cooling - The Waters has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is garage parking for two cars.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum three night stay for all bookings, which changes to four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
