Dutton Shores is located in a fantastic beach front position just 4km from the CBD. This is an ideal location for the family beach holiday with just a short walk across the quiet road to what feels like your own private beachand enjoy the panoramic view of Portland coastline.

Want to try your luck at some of those Southern Blue Fin Tuna? This is a great place for you to be, with privacy, security and affordability key for making your trip a great one....we can't guarantee the catch though! Located about midway between the town boat ramp facilities or Wallys boat ramp in Allestree, take the opportunity to launch at your leisure. The property also provides under cover boat parking with a large gable roofed carport (3.2m clearance) and a deep freezer to store your catch and bait.

Three bedrooms and two living areas accommodate up to eight people comfortably. With full kitchen and laundry facilities, two lounges with TV, outdoor dining setting and BBQ facilities, wood heater and airconditioning for you to utilise it's the perfect home away from home!

*Seasonal rates apply. Advertised nightly rate is for 4 guests. A guest surcharge of $20 per guest per night above 4 guests applies. All bookings have a one off $35 booking fee applied by PSHS. Additional third party booking fees may apply depending on the website you are booking through.



Testimonial: The house was in great condition and the facilities were as good as I have seen at any other holiday rental, if not better.It was perfect for our fishing stay, with ample vehicle and boat parking, well set up to cater for families or large groups and the location just across the road from the pristine bay and waters was beautiful.

The bedding and living areas were extremely comfortable and a home away from home, and will be my first choice for accommodation when I return. The house is a credit to the owners, and delight for the holiday makers to stay in. - Rick
