Overview

About the property

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo has two large decks with water views.

Two large bedrooms along with two large decks overlooking the Great Salt Bay are the key features of this condo. The kitchen/living space is small; however, you can spread out on the two decks, the 5 acres of land, or lounge by the in-ground pool. The largest bedroom is reached by its own spiral staircase and features its own deck perfect for star gazing at night or waking up to views of the bay in the morning.

It is a clean, cozy, and comfortable condo perfect for a family of four or four adults. It is accessed through a common area door with a set of stairs.

It is a phenomenal location central to many great mid-coast experiences in Maine. You are 40 minutes from Freeport (think LL Bean Outlet and Cold River Vodka Distillery), an hour north of Portland (fantastic for foodies), and 45 minutes south of Camden Maine (more great hiking). The condo is also great just for staying local and enjoying the sights and sounds of Damariscotta, Boothbay, and famous Pemaquid Point.

Front row for Pumpkin Fest!

  • 4 of 5

Nice place, right next to all the festivities of Pumpkin Fest, shuttle across the road to get you downtown and the big pumpkin drop was just down the road. It worked out well for us. The path down by the river was neat too.

Nice condo in quiet complex, close to everything!

  • 4 of 5

The complex is small and quiet. Some maintenance needed but nothing to complain about. Kristen is lovely and very responsive to

questions. The beds are very comfortable. We felt it was perfect for our needs for a long weekend.

No TV or Wifi - very warm in upstairs bedroom

  • 2 of 5

Upstairs air conditioner off - unit impossible to turn on as it was above the spiral staircase & controls were at the top of the unit - finally turned on with a broom handle- no screen on upstairs French door & window not operational . No TV reception - only a DVD player & very old DVD's. Unit clean & conveniently located.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. The upstairs air conditioner is turned on/off by the switch near the door. I apologize that wasn't clear for you and you weren't able to conviently turn it on/off. I am sorry for any inconvenience with lack of internet. I do show via home away there is no wi-fi and cable. I've reciveived feedback from guests they'd rather the nightly rate remain low versus adding in cost for wi-fi since it's easy to access for free throughout town. I am glad to hear you found the condo clean, comfortable, and convenient and I hope you greatly enjoyed the outdoor pool and beauty in the surrounding area.

Private entrance to the apartment, plenty of parking, pool was clean and refreshing.

  • 4 of 5

Kristen was easy to talk to and get a hold of when needed. There was plenty of information of local things to do. Condo was in a good location for us to get in and out of easily and visit other places up and down Route 1. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing. Neighbors we talked to were friendly and gave us some suggestions of things to visit and places to eat. There were 2 decks with beautiful views of the sunset. The place did not have a washer and dryer but none of the units were allowed to have them. There was a laundrymat within a couple of minutes from the condo.

Nice

  • 3 of 5

Condo was clean and comfortable. We thought we couldn't live without TV or internet but we did quite well. We were on the go most days. Only one afternoon in the lovely pool. It was super. We will tell our friends.
