The Space:
This is a cozy 1-bedroom condo near downtown Corpus Christi, Cole Park, the pier, and McGee city beach. This recently-remodeled space is ideal for long-term stays and remote work and with its in-unit laundry, desk, full size kitchen, and high-speed Wifi.

The living room has a 70" smart TV and futon for extra guests. The kitchen features a full-size fridge and oven, microwave, drip-coffee maker, blender, and new cookware and dishware. There is a dining space for four people and a workstation with desk and task lamp in the living room. The bedroom has a queen bed, second flat-screen smart TV, large closet, and en-suite bathroom with tub. We provide all linens and bath & shower gel for your use.

This home is located on the TOP FLOOR of a two-story four-plex condo located in a transitional/working class downtown neighborhood. Your condo is entirely private, though there may be guests staying in the adjacent units beside or above you. You will have reserved parking in the carpark at the back of the building.

No need to worry about keys, as we utilize a smart-lock system and you will receive a unique entry code for your stay. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.

Guest Access:
PARKING: Please drive through the side alley on the left side of the building and park your car at the back of the building in your marked carport spots. There are two parking spaces for your use. When standing in the parking facing the building, your condo is the first floor unit on the right-hand side.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked away in the far south of Texas, Corpus Christi boasts some of America's finest beaches and attractions for all ages. Our beautiful Gulf waters and soft breezes beckon you to come relax and temp guests to stay longer to explore all nine beaches and the expansive shoreline. With warm weather for most of the year, it is a hidden gem for surfers and snowbirds.

Corpus Christi possesses all of the main ingredients of an ideal weekend getaway: the sun, the sea, the sights, plus exhilarating and engaging activities the whole family can enjoy. Spend the day on the beach soaking up the sun or wind surfing, fishing, golfing, parasailing or cycling. We are a 15 minute drive from Port Aransas which has some of the best surfing and fishing spots in the area.

When the day is done, dine on fresh Gulf seafood near downtown Corpus Christi at a number of fine restaurants, all within a few minutes drive.

If museums and aquariums are on your to-do list (highly recommended if you have little ones!) you’re going to want to head Downtown and North Beach and visit the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History, The Selena Museum, Surf Museum, Art Museum of South Texas, USS Lexington Museum on the Bay, or Texas State Aquarium.

We are 1 block from Corpus Christi's historic Gaslight Square. At night, local bars may have live music which may go past midnight on weekends. During the day, the Square is very tranquil.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Corpus Christi is a colorful and rapidly growing city, and this home is located in a diverse working-class neighborhood right near downtown. We are 0.5 miles from McGee Beach and less than 0.5 miles from some great coffee shops and bars, as well as Gaslight Square.

SAFETY: Please rest assured that we have had no safety issues during our time on Airbnb, however we encourage all of our guests to do their own research on neighborhoods prior to booking as each person has their own requirements. We have security cameras in the private parking lot & car ports behind the condo, as well as a smart lock system where you will receive a unique access code within 48-hours prior to your check-in time.
